+It was clean.
−It was down stairs. The lodging was more like a boarding house with lodgers that hung around outside smoking. It was classed as 4 star but with no hot water and such a small room it was only 3 star. They took $100 deposit in case of smoking in the room or damage and it still hasn't been repaid after 2 hours. It was not easy to find anywhere to eat. I had to walk quite away.

+Nice surprise that there was free cereal and milk. Bathrooms are clean and modern.
−It was noisy at times because of emergency vehicles with sirens and guests coming in and talking at 3am.

„Review of K2brisbane“
+The price was excellent
−I chose K2 because it was low cost. I travelled via taxi which brought the total cost to the equivalent to staying at top accomodation at the airport.

„A pleasant stay with a note on air quality“
+I was given a quiet and cozy room at the end of the corridor, just as I had hoped. It was great to have my own kitchen facilities. The shared bathroom and shower areas were very clean and well maintained.
−The room air did not feel very fresh; it had a slightly dusty, musty smell, possibly indicating mold. It might be worth checking or replacing the AC filter, and also considering removing the carpet, as it could be contributing to the air quality issue.

„Great room in a great location. Everything you need close by.“
+Rooms were clean and tidy as well as comfortable
−The bathroom shower heads in 3 of the 4 bathrooms were broken. Some guests were grubs too when it came to toilet etiquette

„Great staff and clean and comfortable.“
+Has enough bathrooms that I never had to wait. Not sure of occupancy level but it likely same at full occupancy.
−No coffee and bakery very close by. Not very far but a bit of a an amble.
