+Unglaublich nette Mitarbeiter, äußert hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist perfekt. Alles in Laufnähe. Das Bad ist zwar sehr klein (also wenn zwei Frauen reisen, dann wird es problematisch :-), aber komplett neu gemacht. Die Betten sind bequem, es gibt ein Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher im Zimmer. Alles ausreichend für ein Stadttrip.
−Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist der Lärm. Das Fenster ist nicht schalldicht und unten ist sehr viel los. Daher war es leider bis spät in die Nacht sehr laut. Ich würde Lärmschutz empfehlen. Wenn man schalldichte Fenster einbauen würde, wäre es das perfekte Hotel überhaupt.

„Zimmer charmant ABER der Schlaf aufgrund des nächtlichen Lärms leider sehr schlecht!“
+Die Lage ist sehr gut. Von dort aus kann man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Besonders das Kolosseum war nur fünf Minuten vom Hotel entfernt. Außerdem gibt es gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Auch die Metrostation ist nicht weit entfernt, obwohl wir alles zu Fuß erkundet haben.
−Der Lärm in der Nacht war leider ein grosses Problem. Auf unserer Zimmerseite befand sich ein Pub, das bis 02:30 oder sogar 03:00 Uhr morgens sehr laut war. Leider war die Schallisolierung der Zimmer völlig unzureichend. Man hatte das Gefühl, direkt in der Bar zu stehen und sich mit den Gästen zu unterhalten. An erholsamen Schlaf war kaum zu denken. Am Morgen um 07:15 Uhr ging es leider weiter mit dem Lärm. Als die Flaschen des Vorabends entsorgt wurden. Man war dann sofort wieder wach. Somit hatte man ca. 4h Schlaf pro Nacht. Wirklich erholsam waren die Ferien dadurch nicht. Wirklich schade, für eine solche Lage und Preis, erwartete man mehr. Für uns ist es unverständlich, dass der Hotelanbieter dieses Problem offenbar nicht behebt, obwohl es vermutlich bekannt ist. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass wir als Familie mit vier Kindern ein solches Zimmer zugewiesen bekamen. Das finden wir sehr fragwürdig, denn eine ruhige Nachtruhe sollte auch bei einem Stadthotel gewährleistet sein. Leider wussten wir vor der Buchung nichts von diesem Problem. Hätten wir davon gewusst, hätten wir das Hotel trotz seiner guten Lage definitiv nicht gebucht.

+We had such a fantastic stay at Hotel LaBelle! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming and the room was fantastic. Clean, comfortable and spacious. The location was perfect for exploring Rome and was so close to all the main sightseeing spots, making it really easy to get around. The hotel also went above and beyond to make our stay easy. They organised a taxi for us to the train station and were more than happy to hold our luggage for the day after check-out, which was so helpful. We had a great stay and would absolutely recommend Hotel LaBelle to anyone visiting Rome. We couldn’t recommend it more!

+I liked how friendly and welcoming the hotel staff were. I have mixed feelings about the cleanliness, as I wasn’t entirely satisfied with it. The location was good.
−I didn’t like that the dirty towels were not replaced with clean ones when the room was cleaned. I had also mistakenly entered the wrong check-out date. At most hotels, the check-out date is usually confirmed at the beginning during check-in, but this was not done. Also, when I spoke to the staff member that morning, they could have informed me about it. As a result, at the last minute, I had to book the most expensive room available. Moreover, the double bed in that room was actually two single beds pushed together, and it was not comfortable at all.
