+Easy to check in and out. The room was quite big. There is hairdryer.
−The facilities and amenities aren't good. The shower rain made skin hurts and couldn't adjust type of waterflow. There are toothbrushes, no toothpaste. The towel was so old.

+The facilities were adequate and the beds were comfortable.
−The check in procedure was too lengthy and required much too much information. The customer service was very bad. We stayed in this room at the beginning of the trip and declinned to stay at the end- even with the room being prepaid. When we went out for breakfast we could not get back into the hotel through the front door. I texted with customer service. They were very unresponsive and we finally got back in after an hour when another guest was leaving. I will not stay here again and will not recommend it to anyone.

+The place was quiet morning and night. The room has everything we needed, from refrigerator to electric stove. They even provided free toothbrush and toothpaste (properly sealed). Check-out process was simple and easy.
−The location is a bit of walk if you plan to walk in the winter. There is a lot of snow in most of Hokkaido. The check-in process is also different, so best to be more prepared (read all the instruction and screenshot them for reference) and have your translation app ready (language downloaded, in case you have any wifi issues).

„Practical, good value for money and close to CTS airport“
+We needed a place close to New Chitose airport to avoid driving very early in the morning from Sapporo (it takes around 45min to get there and our flight was at 10am). The room was very close from the airport and had everything needed (convenience stores, restaurant, gas station) by walking distance. The place itself was also very comfortable and was furnished properly for short to long stay.
−Check-in can be a bit confusing, especially to enter inside the building. However, if you read carefully the email and the information provided it is not rocket science nor a big deal. Another thing to note is the lack of free parking spots around the place, so be ready to have some coins to use one of the many paid parking lots around.
