„Vistas fantásticas, localización inmejorable“
+La ubicación es fantástica, pues tienes cerca la mejor zona de ocio de la ciudad. Además, me reubicaron en una habitación con vistas al Bósforo y a las grandes mezquitas. Por la noche la vista es absolutamente espectacular. Los recepcionistas fueron muy amables.
−Mi habitación tenía moqueta y me parece que eso resta higiene al espacio. Por otro lado, el baño estaba un poco anticuado y los productos de aseo personal no tenían un olor del todo agradable.

+Comoda, centrale, pulita. Staf molto accogliente e gentile. Sono stati estremamente gentili nel darci delle informazioni che abbiamo richiesto e nel organizzare il nostro transfer per l'aeroporto. Nei giorni antecedenti al nostro arrivo ho avuto la necessità di avere delle informazioni dalla struttura e mi hanno risposto costantemente in tempi molto rapidi. Consigliatissimo.

„Disappointing experience overall due to the taxi overcharge, poor handling of my complaint, and an inconvenient location“
−Although the hotel was near Galata Tower, the location wasn’t ideal, with very steep, dark alleys. Next time, I’d prefer to stay closer to a mosque in a more accessible area. When I arrived, the hotel told me they had upgraded my room from the budget basement room to one above ground level, which was appreciated. However, the hotel quoted me 2,300 lira for an airport taxi, despite advertising 2,100 lira on WhatsApp and Booking.com. They arranged the taxi, and both the staff and driver confirmed the price. However, I later discovered I had been charged 2,775 lira. When I contacted the hotel, they initially denied responsibility and claimed they couldn’t find the taxi details, despite arranging it themselves. I provided all the details, including the drop-off time and a screenshot of the charge. They said they would investigate but also questioned why I was unhappy, given that they had upgraded my room. Upgrading my room does not justify overcharging me for a taxi. Their response and subsequent lack of communication have been extremely disappointing. I doubt a male guest would have been treated this way. I have reported the charge to my bank and would not recommend this hotel.

„Perfektes Hotel für einen Trip in Istanbul. Lage und Personal sind Mega!“
+Die Lage und das Personal waren außergewöhnlich gut. Wir würden sogar sagen perfekt! Direkt am Galatatower. Das Personal ist auch Mega. Vor allem Salih Bey hat sich direkt um uns gekümmert und uns bei allem geholfen, egal was war. Generell die Kollegen auch sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Zudem gibt es eine schöne Terrasse mit sehr schönen Ausblick.
−Es gibt eigentlich nichts. Die Ausstattung im Hotel selber ist etwas altmodisch aber das ist gar kein Problem.

+Много раз останавливаюсь в данном отеле. Прекрасный дружелюбный высококвалифицированный персонал, отличное расположение, великолепные завтраки на террасе на крыше с панорамным видом на Золотой Рог и на Галатскую башню. Я останавливался в разных номерах, во всех номерах был кондиционер, сейф, холодильник, все в номерах было удобно и рационально (и красиво, со вкусом) организовано. Единственное, не во все часы горячая вода была достаточно нагрета. Очень чисто. Всегда были приветственные бутылочки с водой, пакетики чая и кофе, тапочки, достаточное количество вешалок в гардеробе. Удобно и приятно.

+L’Hotel è situazioni a pochi passi dalla piazza della Torre di Galata. Hai a disposizione, nelle vicinanze, tutti i servizi bar e ristorazioni oltre a vivere in prima persona l’ambiente attorno a Galata. Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile, pronto a qualsiasi tua richiesta. La stanza l’ho trovata pulita e accogliente, nonostante sia piccola è vivibile, adatta per coppie. Esperienza soddisfacente
