„A lovely place to stay“
+Overall this as a very pleasant stay. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The property was clean and well maintained. And there was never any shortage of activities...from scuba diving to just laying around on the beach.
−We arrived fairly late due to traffic from the airport. And while the main dining room was still open, the food service was very slow and wasn't great. Though that was the only time we were disappointed with the restaurant.

−Couples Negril Comida en buffet, muy pobre, en el desayuno un solo fiambre, casi ningún queso y pocas frutas, muy pobre, no acorde con la tarifa La habitación la hacían entre 17 a 18 hs Detalle hasta la tv tiene deshabilitado la función de ajustes y traducción Café solo en una cafetería, en ningún. restaurante hay cafe En el buffet por la noche imposible comer con el volumen alto de bandas en vivo, desagradable, no se puede conversar ni una sola palabra En gastronomía de hoteles 5 estrellas de los mucho que visitamos es el peor Lo bueno las playas , pero no alcanza Nunca mas Falta de respeto total x el hispano parlante, nadie habla ni una sola palabra de español, ni en las oficinas del hotel en el aeropuerto, indudablemente, si hablas español este hotel, ni Jamaica es para nosotros, hay que ir sin dudarlo a República Dominicana, es otro standard. Desprecian 100 millones de turistas al año, solo de América latina, Parece que no entienden lo que el latino y español viajan al caribe, para mi es primera y última vez Couples Negril The buffet food was very poor. „Beautiful memories to last a lifetime“
+This is our fourth visit to couples Negril and we are celebrating our 46th wedding anniversary this time! This Resort is unlike others that you will go to because of the people.. the staff is amazing and they remember you from year to year.. the administration / management team will go out of their way to accommodate your wants needs and desires the restaurants do their very best to create a dining experience that makes you feel like you're in a five-star restaurant or that you're just in a great Beach Diner.. everybody from the pool maintenance people to the entertainment team shout out Tiana and Rasheeda to the bartenders and staff waiting the tables and the groundskeepers and security.. every time they pass by our room they stop ask how we're doing and greet us and chat for a moment. Also a shout out to the guests that this Resort.. we have chatted with some wonderful people from all parts of the world and it's part of what makes these trips memorable. So far this week we have participated in trivia games music trivia cooking demonstrations Martini making classes Margaritaville demonstrations know your spouse games Minute to Win It and that's just a sampling of the activities we

„Amazing Trip“
+Had an amazing vacation with Couples Negril and look forward to returning again. Food was good and most employes were very helpful. The coffee shop is really nice and only improvement would be if they were able to keep the vanilla flavoring every day. It was our favorate and we were only able to enjoy it two days out of the seven day visit.

„30th Wedding Anniversary Vacation“
+This was our fifth trip to Couples Negril, this time celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary, and once again it reminded us why we keep coming back home. The service was great, the food was very good, and the staff was absolutely amazing. There is just something special about Couples Negril and the people who work there that makes every visit memorable. One of the biggest highlights of this trip was something I never expected. I had always thought about getting certified for scuba diving, but I had never actually followed through with it. We traveled with another couple who convinced me to finally give it a try, and I am so glad they did! With the help and encouragement of Ricardo and, I believe, Sugar, I gave scuba diving a shot , and I had an absolute blast! They made me feel comfortable, took their time teaching me, and turned something I had only thought about doing for years into one of the best experiences of our trip. I enjoyed it so much that I actually went diving twice, and now I’m already trying to figure out when I can get back and do it again! „Second visit as good as the first!“
+We broke our rule about never travelling to the same foreign destination twice, and went back to Couples Negril this year because we love it there so much and splurged for our 40th anniversary! 23travel glitches that were to do with the airline and not the resort - we were held up standing outside the entrance to the p lane for half hour while they tried to unfreeze pipes in the washroom! And upon arrival at Montego Bay airport, we were not greeted by a Club Mobay rep (a service we had paid for both ways) and my luggage was temporarily lost...we eventually found it at a different belt off a different flight! Once all that was straightened out, we enjoyed Club Mobay there for a drink and lunch before the bus took us to our resort. We did get the top of the line ground floor Beachfront suite we requested, but the only location we didn't want -directly beside the nude beach. We were moved 2 days later to the 5 block, closest to the water sports and diving pool. We loved this room! It was reverse plan from the 1 block we had last year, but so spacious and clean and very private. We only lounged at the beach and did not use the pool. „Our Second Home!“
+Anyone who has ever visited Couples will understand why this was our 27th visit and our next is already booked for February. This resort just gets better with each passing year. So why do we keep returning? In no particular order, the beach and sea in Bloody Bay (where the hotel is located) cannot be beaten. Soft white sand and crystal clear warm water, and it's just a minute from your room. The au-naturel part of the beach has everything from a pop-up kitchen offering hot snack meals to a wonderful bar, and you meet the nicest people who want nothing more than an all over tan. The restaurants are all wonderful, and offer something different, and if you find it to warm to eat outside then both the Otaheite and Lychee are fully air-conditioned and if you have food allergies the chefs will come to your table and run through the options they can prepare for you. The bedrooms are wonderful and the large beds you just sink into. But best of all is the Padi dive shop with the wonderful Richard, Sugar, Byron and Courtney who offer a best in class and benchmark level of tuition and customer service. It's a credit to GM Caroline that if anything she has improved on the whole Couples experie
