„COULD BE BETTER“
+The beach area and dinner were wonderful. A special mention goes to Ayesha Sehgal for her exceptional service; when we reported an issue with the shower head and toilet seat, she acted immediately to have them replaced. That level of responsiveness truly made our stay memorable.
−Check-In Delays: The day prior to my arrival, your team reached out via WhatsApp to confirm my arrival time, which I provided. Despite this, upon arrival, we were made to wait an additional 45 minutes past the official check-in time. When inquired, staff repeatedly assured us it would take only "5 more minutes," dragging out the wait considerably. Unfulfilled Amenities: As an apology for the delay, the front desk informed us that a complimentary bucket of beers would be sent to our room. However, this amenity was only delivered after multiple follow-up reminders. Room Conditions & Noise Pollution: We specifically booked a non-smoking room; however, for the first 48 hours, the bathroom persistently smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Furthermore, the acoustic insulation in the rooms is extremely poor. We were placed directly opposite an exceptionally loud family who frequently left their door open, resulting in constant disruptions. The level of noise leakage made it feel less like a holiday and more like an event venue rather than a quiet place to rest. +Wunderschöne weitläufige Anlage mit 3 Restaurants. Grosses Frühstücksbuffet; wunderschöner gepflegter Strand, Pool und Liegen. Obwohl das Hotel wegen der Feiertag anscheinen komplett ausgebucht war, haben sich die Gäste sehr gut verteilt und es gab genug Platz. Nur beim Frühstück gab es teils Wartezeiten zu den Stosszeiten. Sehr gutes Yoga.
−Auf der Booking.com Seite wurde beschrieben, dass das Hotel authentische Ayurveda Therapien anbietet, was aber schlichtweg nicht der Fall war. Hätte ich das gewusst, hätte ich es nicht gewählt. Das war sehr enttäuschend. Unsere Freunde waren im SPA Bereich für eine westliche Massage. Man hat danach die benutzen Handtücher für den nächsten Gast wieder zusammen gerollt und hingelegt. Unsere Koffer wurden bei der Ankunft nicht gebracht obwohl versprochen. Auf die telefonische Nachfrage, wann sie denn kommen, wurde uns gesagt, sie sind unterwegs (schlichtweg gelogen). Wir mussten sie dann selber abholen, sie standen die ganze Zeit an der Rezeption.

+Excellent open spaces bring in a lot of natural freshness. Convenient beach access with lot of sitting spaces Restaurant by the beach is a good touch.
−Rooms felt little dated with small bathrooms and sizes. Property has large population of crows. Its completely natural but can cause nuisance some places. Food and cocktail options at the beach side restaurant can be improved to add more small bite options.

+Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt im Caravela Beach Resort! Wir sind absolut begeistert von diesem wunderschönen Resort direkt an einem traumhaften Sandstrand. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, die Gärten sind wunderschön und der Pool ist perfekt zum Entspannen. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight war der liebevoll vorbereitete Überraschungskuchen, den wir zu unserem Hochzeitstag bekommen haben. Diese aufmerksame Geste hat unseren Aufenthalt noch unvergesslicher gemacht! Das Resort ist der perfekte Ort, um abzuschalten, sich zu entspannen und einen wunderbaren Urlaub zu genießen. Wir fühlen uns rundum wohl und können das Caravela Beach Resort uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

„Stunning Beach Access and Open Spaces, but Not Quite a 5-Star Room Experience“
+We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days and had a pleasant overall experience. Since the booking was fully paid in advance, our late-night check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The valet service was efficient, and the location is one of the biggest highlights of this property. It offers a calm beachfront setting away from the crowds, although having your own vehicle is recommended as the resort is a little tucked away. The expansive lawns and golf-course-like pathways leading to the beach are beautiful and well maintained, and the heated pool is a nice addition. The beach itself is clean, easily walkable, and offers activities such as jet skiing, parasailing and boating at an additional cost. Families with children will appreciate the large open spaces, small kids' play area, and overall kid-friendly environment. There is also a convenient shop near the reception selling clothes, footwear and souvenirs.
−While the property has charm, it is showing its age and could benefit from significant upgrades. The room felt smaller than expected for the price paid, and the bathroom was not very spacious. The shower design causes water to leak into the walking area, making the bathroom inconvenient to use. The air-conditioning unit also appeared old, and we noticed dust and debris accumulating below the AC vent. Housekeeping was generally good for the first three days, but on the final day our room was not cleaned despite opting for service while away. When we enquired, the explanation provided by the staff was confusing and inconsistent with how housekeeping had been handled on the previous days. Breakfast had a reasonable spread but became repetitive over a longer stay, and the in-room dining food was average. The biggest disappointment was the lack of soundproofing. On our third night, a large family occupying multiple rooms on our corridor created significant noise late into the night. Despite reporting the disturbance, the issue persisted and affected our sleep considerably. For a 5-star resort, better noise control and guest management are expected. −There was constant drilling right next to my deluxe suite which was very disappointing as i was traveling with an elderly person and toddler that needed naps. Room cleaning was not done properly.

„Great place but not fear pricing for beds“

−I booked it for 2 adults and 2 kids in booking.com. But in my room was only one bed for adults. So I had to pay for extra bed. Another bed even didin't fit in out room so my daughter had to sleep on a very small sofa.
