„Excellent place to stay.“
+The bed was very comfortable and the shower water pressure was exceptional. Everything was very clean. We liver Mr.Burrata restaurant was right around the cover and made delicious sandwiches and was just a 15 minute walk into the old town area.
−Nowhere to take our garbage when we needed to empty it as all the surrounding garbage cans in the area was over flowing. The hot water in the shower didn't last long enough for me to wash my hair without getting cold.

„Good value and location, but invasive check-in and glitchy AI support.“
+The room itself was perfectly clean, had everything I needed, and having Netflix on the TV was a great touch! The location is also super convenient: walking distance to the train station, lots of restaurants nearby, and only a 20-minute walk to the old town.
−The main downside was getting the door code. I had to upload a copy of my passport and a selfie holding it to a third-party site, which felt like a huge data privacy risk. Also, when I tried to report a noisy elevator, customer service was just a glitchy AI bot that randomly switched from English to Italian mid-conversation.

+Location was nice, TV also good and the support via WhatsApp was always ready to answer. Having a balcony was also cool.
−The materials felt a bit cheap, the shower sliding door was stuck, the toilet seat always slid to one of the sides when sitting. The cleaning staff was also very noisy (around 10AM) and the walls between the rooms were thin.

−Cuando hicimos el check-in online especificaba "desayuno incluido", pero cuando llegamos nos dijeron que teníamos que pagar 3€/ persona / día para desayunar en una cafetería que nos indicaban. Nos pareció engañoso y no aceptamos ese tipo de desayuno 'incluido".

+Sehr gute Lage in der Nähe vom Bahnhof. Parkhaus in direkter Nähe 2 EUR/h, 20 EUR am Tag. Bis auf Betten alles ok.
