+La ubicación y el paisaje son muy atracivos, salen de lo común; el desayuno es muy completo y abundante, aunque el café es un poco escaso. El diseño es muy agradable, y está muy bien equipado. La ducha es excelente.
−el horario del desayuno es tardío: de 9 a 9:30, pero lo trajeron a las 9:30; lo pedimos más temprano el día del check out, y sólo logramos que llo trajeran a las 9:20, con lo cual tomamos el café y nos fuimos apurados. No hicieron limpieza de la habitación, aunque en ningún lado especificaban si estaba incluida. Los ambientes son totalmente vidriados, con cortinados y black out; muy caluroso durante el día, aunque al abrir las ventanas se refresca, pero hay mosquitos. De noche refresca (en octubre) y a la mañana eestá frío; hay un aire acondicionado en el estar, pero no logramos hacerlo funcionar.

„Peaceful on the lagoon“
+Lovely and peaceful, flamingos in the next lagoon. excellent restaurant v close by. Good breakfast brought to our houseboat.
−There is no signage for Barcos Casa Aviero. Look for MARINHA DE NOEIRINHA. The welcome 2 coffee capsules and water bottle arent a daily supply.

„A relaxing stay in an interesting environment“
+We chose this property for a relaxing break. We had spent a couple of weeks touring Spain and Portugal and needed a rest from sightseeing and driving. The place was tricky to find, Google Maps sent us to a motorhome park but it's down a nearby unnamed road. On arrival the staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. They told us about the salt spa and the beach but also asked for 150 Euros deposit (which I don't remember being mentioned on Booking.com). The good thing was free parking. We were shown our boat house which had a bottle of wine, a litre of water and a couple of coffee sachets & pods, which was a nice welcome. The location of the units is good. Only a few minutes walk from Aveiro centre where there were boat rides, shops, restaurants etc. The walk back at night is unlit as you walk out of the centre but the resort is well lit. They bring a basket of breakfast around 9am each morning, which has eggs, milk, coffee, bread, jams, meat. cheese - enough food to make breakfast and lunch. It was nice to look out of the boat house and watch the fish and ducks in the water. Unfortunately for us we only had one day of nice weather with torrential rain and winds the next so didn't ge
−As others have commented - the units are in need of refurbishment. Ours had a damaged lock, a hole in the ceiling, and the fridge was stained. The access door to the roof terrace was so stiff that I couldn't open it, my husband did manage to but even he said it was hard to do. There was a smell from the shower if you used the hose attachment but okay if using the overhead one. The other thing was that although they say it's a 2 bedroom house, the second bedroom was locked. We didn't need to use it but it would have been nice to have access to it to put our bags in and use as a dressing room. Maybe if you want to use it you have to ask?

+O que mais gostei foi, sem dúvida, da simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários, sempre muito atenciosos. Fizeram-nos ainda uma linda surpresa por estarmos a celebrar as nossas bodas de prata, um gesto muito especial que tornou a estadia ainda mais memorável. Adorámos a experiência de dormir numa casa-barco, o banho de sal e a proximidade do centro. Ótimo pequeno almoço.
−Como ponto menos positivo, encontrámos bastantes formigas dentro da casa-barco, algo que deveria ser melhorado. Da nossa parte, duas noites foram pouco para aproveitar e dar um mergulho na praia privada.

„Un posto insolito“
+La struttura è particolare, una casa sull’acqua, con due camere, ognuna fornita di bagno con soggiorno e cottura. Ci sono vetrate che permettono la vista e la luce, inoltre si può salire sul terrazzo del tetto. La struttura era pulita, nuova e organizzata in tutto. Portano una colazione dentro un cestino tipo picnic, veramente abbondante. Il Personale è gentile e disponibile, c’è la possibilità di usufruire compresa nel prezzo degli spazi intorno e della spiaggia.
