+Nimic!!! Frig in camera . Căldura nu era în funcțiune iar AC nu avea telecomanda . Mi s-a spus că nu e nevoie căci nu e frig . Într-un colț al tavanului un păianjen cu tot cu plasa aferentă.

+Apartament spațios, curat, foarte bine poziționat, aproape de centru și cu tot ce ai nevoie pentru un sejur confortabil. Bucătăria este complet utilată, iar gazda a fost foarte amabilă și atentă, oferindu-ne multe informații utile. Ne-am simțit foarte bine și cu siguranță am reveni!

+O quarto é bom e confortável.
−Durante os cinco dias da minha estadia, o quarto nunca foi limpo. Além disso, o anúncio no Booking informa que o alojamento dispõe de ar condicionado. No entanto, o ar condicionado funciona através de um dispositivo ligado à tomada que limita o seu funcionamento a apenas duas horas. Após esse período, o ar desliga-se automaticamente e, para voltar a funcionar, é necessário deslocar-se até à tomada e carregar novamente no botão para ativar mais duas horas. Esta limitação não estava mencionada no anúncio nem existia qualquer aviso no quarto. Por desconhecimento, desliguei esse dispositivo, pensando que não era necessário para o funcionamento do ar condicionado. Sem me informar nem pedir autorização, o proprietário entrou no quarto enquanto eu estava ausente para voltar a ligar o dispositivo. Eu nem sequer sabia que ele tinha entrado no quarto. Mais tarde, voltei a desligá-lo, pensando que tinha sido eu a ligá-lo anteriormente. Por volta da meia-noite, o proprietário telefonou-me num tom agressivo, dizendo que, se eu não respeitasse as regras dele, poderia expulsar-me do alojamento. −The owner controls the air-conditioners via Wi-Fi. He receives notifications every time a unit is switched on. He switches them off remotely to save energy. When it was very hot outside and several rooms were occupied, he realised that energy consumption was very high, and he was worried about a fire… When the landlord came to my room to shout at me, I thought it was simply a courtesy, as it was my first day there. He threats me to burst into my room and unplug the air-conditioner… He does that to single women; with men, he speaks very kindly. The owner of this property continues to send insulting messages after reading my review. Their behaviour during my stay was unacceptable, and continued even afterwards. Insults of the lowest order… And I’d forgotten to mention the sewer smell that wakes you up every morning at 5 am, and the poor soundproofing in the bedrooms - you can hear your neighbours sneezing…
