„Not bad an apartment“
+It was very near to the train station, like a 5 mins walk. Big apartment, quite clean, easy check in and staff were very helpful.
−There’s no lift, so would suggest asking for lower levels which I did so I minimised the climbing of stairs with my luggage. No idea why but there seem to be people smoking so I could smell the smoke in my room. The apartment is not extremely near to the city centre, you need to walk about 20-25 minutes to reach the city centre. Washing machine is not within your apartment, it’s a shared one which i actually don’t like. Was expecting that every room would have one as with other apartments that featured washing machines in their rooms. My room was at level 0 so the washing machine was like a few steps away. If I’m staying at level 1 or 2, then I would need to go up and down.

„Recomendable“

„Superb“
+Excellent location, close to the city centre and just a 5-minute walk from Opalchenska metro station, which offers a direct connection to the airport. The flat is lovely, well-equipped with all the necessary facilities, and there's a small communal garden that we really enjoyed. Safe neighbourhood and great value for money. Self check-in and check-out were smooth, with clear and easy-to-follow instructions
−The sofa in the flat could use replacing, and the skirting board in the bedroom is coming away from the wall. Just general wear and tear, both should be easy to fix.

„Comfortable stay in a very modern apartment while we enjoy the beautiful city of Sofia.“
+The apartment is spacious and vary comfortable. It was equipped with the required necessities. I would say the location is little away from the main attractions but the we used the metro which was only a 5 min walk. Only the downside was the bathroom which has the entrance from the one of the bedrooms and the sitting room. We found the shower in the middle was a very hazards.Once wet it was very slippery ( the floor was made of materiel that looks like laminate flooring but not tiles) Hopefully that can be rectified in future. Apart from that I would recommend the place highly while you enjoy the beautiful city of Sofia!

„Very good“
+A compact, centrally located, clean apartment with most facilities. The staff were helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our stay in Sofia.
−The shared washing machine was broken. Having said that, they did order a new order, but too late for us. Apart from that, everything was fine.
