−The Name of the place & house number wasn't clearly indicated. The property looks like an "abandoned fixer upper-project" with the backyard filled with old building rubble and weed. The front door had no safety gate and the door's lock needs attention. There was no light bulbs in the main bedroom's bedside lamps.

−From the moment you walk to the door you can see the place is dilapidated, neglected and there is no basic upkeep. There is major water damage to the whole house, with paint that have bubbles and paint peeling off on all walls as well as a musty smell. The beds are all uncomfortable, doubel bed as hard as a brick, single beds unstable and hard, sleeper couch old. Kitchen dilapitated with liittle crockery.Oven's knob missing. Bathroom dilapitated, basin not fixed to the wall, whole basin and cupboard nearly fell over on child Lounge suite dilapitated, old and hard, little cushining. Television nearly never worked due to network problems. No security at all, no burglar bars on windows and no security gates on front or back door, we were actually scared staying there. It was really a disapointment and embarresment inviting family to come and stay with me. Not worth the nearly R3 000, 00 I paid for 3 nights.

+Friends and I from Durban visited the place for a marathon that took place in Benoni..the place is very clean and comfortable.
−The wifi signal is poor, mirrors are needed in the bedrooms please,and he bedside lamps are not working ...other than that we had a pleasant stay.

„Great family stay-cation“
+It is in a secure place and it is well taken care off, the host was great and assisting with anything, it was close to many places for kids activities.
−The 2 bedrooms accommodates 4 ppl not 5 bcs the sleeping couch is in the sitting room

+Чисто и аккуратно, дом уютный, мы были зимой, все для обогрева дома было. Активно пользовались кухней, кухня удобная, техника в хорошем состоянии. Матрасы на кроватях хорошие, мы высыпались
