+A bright, recently renovated upstairs facility. Three bedrooms, sparsely furnished but adequate, each with a separate card/lock. Two lavatories, one shower. Washing machine. Huge fridge and freezer. It is the upstairs of a large pub. Access was by a steep stair from the car park, open to the street. We were able to cook a good dinner, fortunately having some of our own utensils.
−Some ,itchen utensils were missing, eg an egg-lifter/spatula.. One beer glass, otherwise beer in a mug or wine glass. No sofa. The TV was Android, so Youtube etc available but the wifi feed was such it effectively buffered severely, stopped by 8pm. It didn't operate in the morning.

+Recently refurbished and quite nice. Some good thought put into the set up with individual room door locks
−The staff only did half a job. The bin hadn’t been emptied from previous occupants. Bar staff (where you pickup key from) was down right rude.

+The location was amazing for our purpose visiting Cobram. It was so central to everything. The apartment was clean, spacious, well furnished and thank you for the extra items left for us in the fridge.
−It would have been better if the tv actually worked. Even the normal tv couldn't be accessed. The noise from the pub underneath is quite loud until it closes for the night.
