„Villa bellissima in una bellissima posizione panoramica!“
+Posizione stupenda! Terrazza con una bellissima vista panoramica dove poter comodamente consumare i pasti. La casa è ben arredata, accogliente, con stanze molto grandi e perfettamente attrezzata. Logisticamente ottimamente posizionata per spostarsi verso i vari punti dell'isola. La consiglio vivamente !!!!

„Has such a great stay at the Pink House“
+We had a wonderful stay at this very spacious apartment in Ponta do Sol, the sunnier side of Madeira. The property was very clean, had three balconies with great views, and was filled with natural sunlight, which made it feel warm and welcoming throughout our visit. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The location is ideal for exploring the island, although you will definitely need a car. The host, Jose Luis, is incredibly friendly, kind, helpful, and thoughtful. He lives on the floor below and is always available for advice or for any questions/problems you might have, while respecting your privacy. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting beautiful Madeira! Due to a schedule conflict, we stayed for a couple of days at Jose Luis other very luxurious property, 5 minutes away, Casa Lombada. This is massive, with the most stunning views, and ideal if you are visiting with a large family or group of friends. We highly recommend this villa too!

+- De hosts waren heel aardig, flexibel en behulpzaam - Auto (gratis) voor de deur parkeren (op straat) - Centrale ligging op het eiland, aan de zonnige zijde - Erg ruim appartement - Meerdere balkons - Brandschoon
−- Het bed in de 2e kamer was echt niet geschikt voor een volwassene. Ik heb er rugpijn van gekregen en heb met mijn reismaatje moeten afwisselen. Het is een kinderbed. Het bed in de master bedroom was wel fijn. - Er is geen verwarming en het was in januari best fris. Elektrisch kacheltje zou geen overbodige luxe zijn. - De douche is klein en onhandig (je moet de douchekop in je hand houden) - De keuken was niet zo goed uitgerust (geen oven, matige pannen, enkel botte messen) - Het huis ligt een beetje afgelegen, restaurants en boodschappen moet allemaal met de auto (wisten we van tevoren, was voor ons geen probleem) Voor deze prijs (€115 per nacht in het laagseizoen) stelden het comfort en de voorzieningen ons teleur. Andere locaties tijdens onze vakantie waren een stuk goedkoper en deden niet onder.

+The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The oats were very welcoming and friendly. The location was excellent for exploring the whole island and nice and quiet. We had a wonderful time and would certainly return.
