«An exceptionally good place to stay.»
+Everything. There is plenty of parking on site. It is close to Broadstairs old town and sea. The room was spacious, well-equipped, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Water and biscuits and fresh milk provided along with teabags and instant coffee, and renewed each day. The staff are all lovely and helpful, including those in training. Breakfast is excellent with a large selection of different foods, including fruit, cereals, pastries , hot food and cheese/meats. Price is good. We have stayed there before and this time the standard was just as excellent. We will stay there again when we visit Thanet.
−There is nothing to dislike.

+Lovely hotel and scenery. The twin room was nice with high ceiling.
−It did not meet my needs/expectations. Inadequate access to the Spa for a "Spa" hotel. Breakfast was poor. Invited to 'Happy Hour' only to be told it was not on the night we stayed after waiting for it to start. Overall unhappy with my stay

+The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Nothing seemed too much for the staff who were always ready, willing and courteous when helping
−The lift didn’t go to the top floor , so inaccessible for those with physical difficulties
