+Beautiful hotel on 7 mile beach. Good location and friendly staff. I stayed in a standard garden room across the road, good size room with basic amneties.
−Food prices onsite is expensive. There are no kettles or TV's in the rooms

«Our stay was excellent, 10 out of 10. Would definitely recommend.»
+I liked the staff at White Sands. Especially the front desk personel, Simone, she was so very nice. The restaurant attached, The staff (Blue, Chef Anthony, Ice, just to name a few) was actually really helpful and made us feel like family. The food was great, excellent. The beach was also breathtaking. I loved the experience.

«Beautiful location»
+The location of this place is out of this world with its own two amazing cave to explore with access to the sea via steps this place could be absolutely amazing with a good cleanup and a new cooker I would definitely come back when these things are sorted
−We had a few issues the kitchen and cleanliness just needs tidying up and the cockroaches need a dressing, but thank you for the refund, Jonathan

«relaxing and enjoyable, with beautiful surroundings, friendly service, and a wonderful atmosphere.»
+My stay at White Sand Negril was relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the beach was beautiful. The location was excellent, with restaurants, shops, and other facilities nearby if I chose not to dine on the property. Overall, it was a pleasant and memorable experience.
−One area that could be improved is having a television in the room, as this would provide guests with an additional option for entertainment and relaxation, especially during downtime.

«The location is perfectly central to all amenities needed for our holiday.»
−The room had no floor mats (neither at the entry on in the bathroom). Two single beds join together with two single mattresses to form a king, causing an uncomfortable joint in the middle. This should have been at least have king mattress across the two single beds. The billiards table in the game room is not maintained.
