«Great location, excellent staff and amenities»
+The gentleman that ran the front of house was excellent. Rang to check on arrival, let us in without any dramas. Allowed for us to leave the car a little longer on checkout day All in all a most pleasant experience, would definitely stay here again

«Great location, poorly maintained, massively overpriced»
+Great location in Randwick.
−Room smelt funny, furniture, particularly outside furniture was worn and run down. The bathroom/shower needed a good clean. Weird squares of carpet missing around the bed. Extremely difficult car park.

«Very practical, comfortable room, close to shops and public transport»
+The room was quiet, a bit old-fashioned but very clean and very comfortable. It also had a great balcony and a view across Randwick.
−I paid extra for a parking space but the space allotted to me was way too tight, and I only had a small rented car. It was difficult to back into because it was against a wall and if I had been carrying a passenger, they would not have been able to get out. The parking space was the only negative, so if you need to book a parking space, check beforehand where it will be located.

+It was spacious and convenient for the University.
−Unfortunately there was a bad smell that developed from the day we arrived and worsened over the next day. It was awful by the time we got back on Sat afternoon. I called the property but no-one could come and check as the place is unmanned over weekends. We ended up checking out that night and moving somewhere else. The Veriu did apologise and give us a refund but all so inconvenient as we were only there a short time. The shower also leaked and wifi was weak.

«It was ok expensive»
+Very central to Randwick
−The parking facilities was very tight and my Bentley is not a huge car. The ramps are ridiculously tight to navigate and width of the car spaces doesn't leave room to walk between cars

«Good location»
+Location and spacious
−Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing and the property was not worth what I paid. When we arrived, the key lock was jammed, and we were unable to unlock it properly or remove the key. It took more than 30 minutes to resolve, and there was no reception or staff member available in person. We had to communicate by text, and although the person tried her best to help, it was frustrating after driving for more than five hours. The accommodation was spacious, but it was not comfortable. The bed sheets had various stains, the towels were very dirty, and the room was very dusty. There was no proper heater, only a portable heater. We were very cold and uncomfortable as we were given a room right at the bottom. The sponge at the kitchen sink, no words to describe, see photo! Overall, the accommodation did not meet our expectations! Also not easy to find street parking, we parked 15 minutes away and had to carry our luggages.
