«Great location by the beach but could use more general oversight.»
+The location was good, just a few minutes' walk to the beach. Free parking was the best part. The staff member at the office across the street was super friendly and helpful with all of my questions upon check-in, offering tips on places to go during my stay. The bed was clean and comfortable. The price seemed fairly reasonable for a last-minute booking. Check-in and check-out were super easy.
−Several of the room's mechanicals were not functioning properly, so I let the staff know upon check-out. What really turned me off is that people staying in the motel were smoking outside their doors on the balcony; the whole parking lot/balcony area several times reeked of marijuana, which was unpleasant and gave off an uncomfortable, seedy vibe. The towels were rough, like sandpaper; one was stained, and the bath mat was dingy.

«It was fair at best»
+Location
−When we arrived there was a little note on the office door to cross the street to check in. That was strange to me. If i wouldnt have foubd that note i dont know what i would have done. The room was clean but that bathroom was very poor for getting ready. There were frosted sticky tapes that stopped someone from looking in. There was no hairdryer or iron which i am accomsted too at nice hotels. Once i called the front desk with a question and no one answered

+Location was great
−the parking situation was not good. Lot was too small, spaces were tiny. We have a pickup truck and could only fit in one spot which we waited for. If you can’t find a spot you’re out of luck

«While it was an excellent location the room was miserable.»
+The proximity to the beach and restaurants
−The lack of notification on charges. The AC was like a ships 1900 engine. The water was barely potable and not drinkable. While there was no smoking in the room people stood outside our doors and smoked so there was infiltration into the room.

+It is in close proximity to the boardwalk. The beds were very comfortable.
