«A Memorable Return with Exceptional Hospitality from Mr Billy Li»
+This was our second visit to The Karl Lagerfeld and we would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mr Billy Li for making our experience exceptionally special. Mr Billy went out of his way to make us feel warmly welcomed and truly looked after. During this visit, we stayed at both The Karl Lagerfeld and Palazzo Versace Macau. He made the transition between the two hotels seamless and took extra care to ensure that we continued to be well looked after at Palazzo Versace Macau. We were especially touched by how effortlessly he remembered our preferences and what we had enjoyed during our first stay. These thoughtful personal touches made us feel all the more welcome on our return. His exceptional service, thoughtful attention and warm hospitality made our visit all the more memorable. We are deeply appreciative of his kindness and the personal care he showed us throughout our stay. Mr Billy’s warmth and dedication give us every reason to return. We are most grateful for another wonderful experience and certainly look forward to visiting again.

«A unique and stylish hotel with outstanding service.»
+We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at the Karl Lagerfeld Hotel in Macau. One of the standout aspects of the hotel was the service. The staff were exceptionally attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our stay, always willing to help and ensuring everything ran smoothly. The rooms were well-appointed, comfortable, and stylish, in keeping with the hotel's unique design aesthetic. The view from our room was a little underwhelming, but that's not really something the hotel can do much about and it certainly didn't detract from our overall experience. We also really enjoyed spending time in the Book Lounge, inspired by Karl Lagerfeld's Paris Study, this was a great space to relax and unwind. The Whisky Barrel Ice Cold Drip Signature Coffee drink is a must try. The absolute highlight of our stay was the Secret Garden. It was an unreal and magical place, feeling like something straight out of a fantasy fairytale. The attention to detail, atmosphere, and landscaping created a truly special experience and made it one of the most memorable parts of our visit. Overall, the Karl Lagerfeld Hotel provided a comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable stay, with excellent service and s
−The only drawback is the location is slightly out of the way, but would be perfect if you are looking for a quieter stay.
