+Location is good, but propety cancelled on me!
−After you have paid, you still have jobs to do! Which wasn't stated before booking! I had not a clue of that! I went to the property and rang the bell 🔔. No one answered. I jad to go, so i left. When I was checking later, the property's owner cancelled my booking! I had no access to the phone and Internet for a few hours! When I saw the message about the check-in process , it was too late! Doors were shut permanently for the night, and the phone was turned off ! They left me without accommodation for that night in the cold on the street. Disgraceful! Unacceptable! And they said it was a "No show up"! That's absolutely a lie! Took my money and left me on the street, too! Absolutely NO NO! Horrible customer service!

«Misleading listing, dirty conditions, and completely unsuitable for elderly or disabled guests.»
+Nothing. I did not step inside or stay at the property due to false listing information and unacceptable conditions.
−The listing information on Booking.com is completely misleading and incorrect: 1. Accessibility Issue: There are stairs that were not mentioned, making it unsuitable for my elderly and disabled family members. 2. Shared House: It was not disclosed that this is a shared house with other strangers living inside. 3. Cleanliness & Surrounding Area: The property and surrounding area are dirty with ongoing construction outside. 4. Insects & Smells: The rooms had a bad smell, insects, and a huge spider. I informed the property immediately that I would not stay, only went up to check the rooms, made a formal complaint to Booking.com, and left immediately to stay at another hotel. I am demanding a full refund and the return of my security deposit.

«scam»
+Nothing, because we could not find the hotel. Ended up staying in Airporr floor for the night.
−Could not find location of hotel. The area where it was supposed to be was very run down. I found the contact for hotel was very unhelpful. English was her second language and there was a lot if noise in her background. I felt that the whole situation was a scam and she did nothing to help the situation. was this a real hotel or just a scam??

«Stay away from this property, it is falsely advertised and should be removed from booking.com»
+Nothing
−Where to start, I was told on my booking.com app that there would be no extra charges, this wasn’t true as the property asked for a £50 deposit on the day of check in. I was texted from a number that has been flagged as being related to scams. Upon arrival there was no support since they were demanding a deposit which we were unwilling to pay due to the shadiness of the entire thing. The property was advertised as having private facilities, which we found to be untrue, all bathrooms and showers were communal.

«Dirty and made me sick»
+Location good
−I walked into the room and there was a really bad smell. I messaged the staff to let the cleaners know to clean the oven. The next day I saw the cleaner she was not informed of the oven cleaning, even though the management said they would mention to them. She opened the oven to discover pieces of rotten chicken and flies. I was sick!
