+Nothing. No air, no staff, no view, dirty floors, beds and towels. No air conditioning in the rooms, they relocated us in a basemant room with no view an it was very noisy all the time. We prepaid a suite with a king size bed. They gave us a room at the basemant, with a full bed, dark area, no view, dirty pillows and matress. If I can rated with a 0, I will... Our first time in Brookling and it was a very bad experience because of this. They are selling rooms that they dont have. Didnt feel safe at all.

+Leaving.
−No a/c, was told we would get a fan, we did not until we pushed at 1 am to get one. Was advertised that there was a cot for the 3rd guy, no cot. Was told I'd get 20% off for the troubles, we did not. It's in a really crappy part of town. The TV had one channel. It was $400+ a night, if I don't get my deposit back I'll be livid.

«Hotel needs TLC.»
−The room is tired. Most of the lights did not work, toilet running, could hardly turn the water on in the shower, very noisy at night. There was a person bleeding in the lobby on my arrival.

«I’m over this shack !»
+Location
−Where should I start - This hotel has dropped off considerably from when it initially opened !! Missing remotes, no hot water, the cake was no air conditioning , but they took the deposit. Had to literally call customer service and take the phone to personnel on duty to get an immediate refund. Staff act as if they are inconvenienced if you have a request. F.O.H ! The MIRAGE is a better fit, location a block or two down .
