«Ten out of ten»
+Our room was great, incredibly spacious but still very cosy feeling. The staff were extremely attentive and the complementary car service is an incredible bonus. We had breakfast delivered to the room one of the mornings and this was exceptional also.

«A pleasant stay with friendly staff and good food, but the room, uncomfortable bed and neglected terrace did not justify»
+erall, we had a pleasant stay. The breakfast and dinner were both very nice, although they were served at other locations rather than at the hotel itself. The outdoor swimming pool was lovely and had a nice atmosphere, although the area itself felt quite basic. The staff at both the hotel and the restaurant were very friendly and welcoming.
−I slept well in general, although unfortunately my husband found the bed uncomfortable. The room itself was quite small and felt overcrowded with too much furniture. Some pieces seemed unnecessary for a room of that size and made it difficult to move around comfortably. There was a lovely fireplace, but unfortunately it was covered by an old two-seater sofa, which was a shame. The biggest disappointment was the bed. It was made up of two single mattresses pushed together with a topper on top. Unfortunately, the topper did not solve the problem, and there was a noticeable gap or dip in the middle of the bed. As we were staying for our anniversary, it was disappointing that we effectively had to sleep on separate sides of the bed. Our anniversary had also been mentioned in the booking message, so I was surprised that a hotel in this price range did not acknowledge it in any way,not even with a simple card. We had access to a private terrace, which was initially a lovely surprise. Unfortunately, it did not feel inviting or well maintained. The chairs were covered in dust and spider webs, and the terrace in general looked rather neglected and sad. It certainly was not somewhere we want

«Near Constable Country and an excellent place to stay»
+The breakfast was very good and taken at a different location from the hotel which is how this hotel works. We drove ourselves down to the venue. We could have had a driver provided by the hotel but we wanted to get on the road as soon as possible. There was a spa at this hotel and we were sorry we didn't have the time to use these facilities to the full. The swimming pool was great.
−Everything excellent
