+We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! Everything was wonderful, and the entire staff was amazing , always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The location was perfect, peaceful, and quiet. There isn’t too much going on in the evenings, but you can relax and enjoy a drink on the terrace. This is definitely not a place for party lovers, but it’s perfect for anyone looking for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. The breakfasts were fantastic, and honestly, I’ve never had such delicious pancakes anywhere else! 😍 The rooms were spacious, very clean, and had plenty of storage space, including a great wardrobe. The garden was beautiful, with a lovely and very well-maintained swimming pool. Everything was cleaned daily, and the whole place was cared for with great attention to detail. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and have only wonderful memories. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and relaxing getaway. We would absolutely love to come back! ❤️

«Beautiful gardens, spacious rooms, peaceful»

−Staff were quite hands off, hard to find out information about things to do locally. Pool and surrounding is shaded but water is very warm so not very refreshing.

+Absolutely our favourite place to stay in Bali. It is a relatively small, family run group of villas. The rooms are fantastic and big. All facilities are great and the staff are amazing and so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing. It's so good we make sure every trip we stay here.

«Beau mais très bruyant»
+La qualité du logement et de la piscine, le personnel, la qualité du petit déjeuner
−Pas de chance pour nous, mais il y avait une fête à côté de l établissement, avec musique à fond très forte tout l apres midi jusqu en soirée ! Impossible de se reposer en extérieur, près de la piscine ou sur la terrasse, ni barricadé a l intérieur !! Le prix de la location du matériel de snorking, qu en plus nous avons pas pu utiliser vue l état de la mer.

«Excellent séjour»
+Nous avons adoré notre séjour Les chambres sont très spacieuses et très confortables, la salle de bain aussi, il y a une cuisine dans le logement avec une bonbonne d'eau et un frigidaire ; tout est très propre Très bonne literie et très bon linge de maison Bonne climatisation Notre bungalow était calme, peut-être celui le plus près de la route est un peu plus bruyant Magnifique piscine et jardin Très bon petit déjeuner Possibilité de prendre le chauffeur de l'hôtel pour aller passer la journée à Amed ou faire du snorkelling à Jemeluk ou faire différentes excursions ; s'occupe également des transferts vers votre destination suivante Super spa à quelques pas , restaurant également tout près

+Понравилась сама концепция: двухэтажные виллы в ухоженном саду. Понравились вежливые и тихие сотрудники. Просторный, удобный номер. Понравились кровать и постельное белье, отличный душ с горячей водой, сантехника без проблем и перебоев. Всегда в наличии вода и холодильник на кухне. Замечательная территория и ухоженный сад. Чистый бассейн и тишина на территории. Приятные и умиротворяющие виды с балкона. Завтраки не оставят никого голодными. Кондиционер напрямую не дует на кровать. В американском варианте завтрака понравились панкейки с медом. Сотрудники предоставляют снаряжение для плавания и готовы отвезти на соседние пляжи. В целом: спокойная и красивая атмосфера релакса. Оба ближайших пляжа с отличной подводной жизнью. Спа и рестораны - все в пешей доступности. Плюсы: Ухоженная территория, красивый сад и визуально приятные виллы. Чисто. Персонал очень вежливый, приветливый и всегда встречает с улыбкой.
−Мои несложные просьбы встречали некое сопротивление. Вопреки бронированию номера на втором этаже, меня сначала попытались заселить на первый этаж в виллу у дороги. После отказа мне предоставили второй этаж в соседней вилле, но в просьбе дать виллу еще дальше от дороги отказали без объяснения причин, хотя весь комплекс пустовал. В отеле нет утюга для гостей , для того чтобы просто погладить вещь, мне предложили воспользоваться платной прачечной. Фен в номере маломощный и сушит волосы очень долго. Меню завтраков строго регламентировано, изменить или дополнить позиции из разных сетов нельзя (например, получить панкейк к индонезийскому завтраку). Стоимость экскурсий и трансферов через отель выше средних цен по Амеду. Дважды пришлось написать и настойчиво попросить чекаут на 1 час позже. Минусы: Несмотря на доброжелательность сотрудников, подход к управлению сервисом не отличается гибкостью, хотя во время проживания я, практически, была единственным гостем в отеле.
