«Great Value for a clean, comfortable room»
+the room was very nice and the bed was super comfortable. bathroom was spacious. loved the decor/color scheme also. very comforting. I liked the breakfast option of a DIY yogurt parfait.
−fitness room was lacking a LOT. The treadmill was broken and there were no strength training items available. The pool and hot tub were both closed, which was not dislcosed in the reservation. Breakfast was lacking protein items and all the cereal options were high in sugar. While the option for yogurt parfait was good, the items to top it with were minimal and/or not restocked (i.e. one of my travel companions visited the breakfast bar about 20 minutes before I did and had more choices but those were not restocked once they ran out.)

«Will think twice about staying here again.»
+Close to the freeway
−The rooms were dirty; hair all around the edge of the shower, hair all over a hand towel, and the lid on the back of the toilet was dirty/dusty. Have stayed here multiple times in the last year and Ii’s obvious the standards have decreased over the last year.

«It was somewhere to rest.»
+Easy access off the highway. Breakfast
−We had 2 rooms. In one room the shower handle was broken. Sheets didn’t fit the bed and popped off exposing the mattress pad, pillows smelled dirty. The other room had a large brown stain on the carton front of the chair. We’d traveled a long way and were tired, so we lived with it.

+great amenities
−well, the room was clean and the towels were replenished but the bed looked like some one slept on top , ruffled . it was so late we didn’t complain

«I wish I had chosen another hotel.»
+location was convenient, free breakfast was good.
−Bathroom vanity was broken in half, large cracks in the ceiling, and very rough condition. The room was on the first floor and outside corner of the building with larking lots on both sides which was extremely loud with slamming car doors. The quality of the building is cheap construction with paint and lipstick to make it look hip. The occupants in the room above us were loud all night and sounded like the were playing rugby with all the stomping. I requested a new room and the front desk gal just shrugged me off. Overall I wish I had chosen another hotel.
