+Don’t recall the breakfast and that was one of three hotels I stayed at that week but I do recall that I was supposed to be in a smoke free room and the smell of cigarettes hit me in the face when I opened the door to my room
−Place looked nice from the outside but my room was shabby

+Always clean.
−Room was fine. Other guests tend to congregate outside the doorways but only for short periods.

+I found my room to be in great condition, right up to date with no deficiencies. Pleasantly surprised, no complaints at all.

«We looked for another hotel, but everything was booked»
+The location in the staff were friendly
−I didn’t like the fact that the room wasn’t really clean. The linens were dirty. The bathroom tub was disgusting. Couldn’t even shower because the tub had a bunch of dirty grout on it. There was trash under the beds.

«Poor»
+Good location
−The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke despite being advertised as non-smoking. The bathroom was poorly maintained and dirty, and its door was broken and would not close. The bathroom exhaust fan sounded like a tractor, and the air conditioner was so noisy that we had to turn it off.

«Hated it and would never recommend this place!»
+Nothing! Room faced a busy road so lots of noise even though they had a whole other building that was unoccupied that would have been quieter.
−Everything, there was a dirty towel hanging from the bathroom door, the bath fan was so loud that it was obnoxious. Decor and furniture from the 1980’s and no one answered the phone when I tried to cancel within an hour of booking. For the price, terrible terrible place. For $100 wouldn’t have complained but even the breakfast only had cereal and bananas and flies in with the bread. Only apple juice. Just a terrible experience all the way around!
