«Horrible Customer Service»
+Not so good. Customer service unsatisfactory desk clerk rude and angry as if I was interrupting his TV show.

+This property was not at all what I expected. Most of the guest were long term residents in my opinion. The bed was broken on one side and my husband and I kept rolling off. No chair to sit in, no in room fridge or microwave. Only hotel option we had or we would not have stayed. I guess sleeping in our car would have been a better option.

«Meh»
+Upon arrival It didn’t feel safe and I thought we would have to leave. The hotel is older but it appears they try to keep it up. Our room was fairly clean , no strong odors . The floor needed mopped big time ! The staff were super nice ! Too much activity outside at night and to me that was the biggest issue. It’s what you expect from a cheap motel …

«Literal roach motel.»
+The room was absolutely filthy. There were cockroaches and the next door neighbors were "something else". The hotel pictures were obviously not recent pictures.

+The door latch was broken and would not secure, changed rooms to one that had not been properly cleaned. He grounds had “junk” piled next to the building. The bed sagged and my wife and I barely slept all night. Advertising about this place, in. My opinion, was false.

Duvet nasty blanket dirty, sheets and pillow cases dirty. we slept with all our clothes on and I slept on a towel the cleaniest one I could find. +I've never had experience with bedbugs before, but there's no other explanation. This was a first time trip to the area for an event so probably never returning, but if I did I would pay any amount more and stay somewhere else without a doubt.
