«We didn't stay due too room conditions and no manager on site.»
+When we first arrived, our room wasn't ready. We had to use the bathroom so the front office offered us the facilities by the pool. The lights didn't work, toilet didn't flush, no soap and no paper towels. What a great welcome! Then when our room was ready (only 1 out of 2 rooms). We all got there. It was damp & musty & smelled of mold. Having breathing issues, I couldn't stay. Go back to the office and they offered to upgrade. If this was a basic room for this price, what was the costs next. Knowing this was a non-refundable stay, we forfeited our funds and moved on down the road. No manager on site, it was the front desk making calls and going into another room.
−Everything.

«We had a wonderful time. Very relaxing and accomodating.»
+I love the quaintness, the amenities (breakfast, kayaks, private beach with chairs/umbrellas--all included). The rooms are like apartments, very comfortable. The staff is SUPER. We already spoke of coming back again.

There was hair in the sink beds not clean and we asked for a refund as we left before our stay was complete because they refused to give us a new room.DO NOT STAY AT THIS RESORT HORRIBLE SERVICE AND UNSAFE CONDITIONS
