«A wonderful experience in Raffles»
+The housekeeper is very considerate and has good 24-hour service. The villa is clean and beautiful. When a better room was available the next day, it was upgraded for us.

«Service That Redefined Luxury»
+We have stayed at many of the world's finest luxury resorts, including Aman, Bulgari, Ritz-Carlton and Mandapa, but Raffles Bali delivered one of the most memorable hospitality experiences we have ever had. Before arriving, I expected a beautiful resort with good service. What I did not expect was service that would completely redefine my expectations. The villa itself was elegant and peaceful, but what truly makes Raffles Bali special is its people. The butler team managed everything through a shared WhatsApp group with remarkable efficiency. Every request was answered almost immediately, nothing was ever forgotten, and every interaction felt warm and genuinely caring rather than scripted. We were also fortunate to be upgraded from a Panoramic One-Bedroom Pool Villa to the Hilltop Pool Villa, which made our stay even more unforgettable. The biggest surprise came on our departure day. The airport transfer was already excellent, but the team also arranged airport assistance that escorted us through check-in and luggage procedures. We thought the service ended after security, but to our surprise, someone was waiting for us again inside the terminal to make sure everything was perfect

«An Unrivaled Sanctuary of Luxury and Perfect Service»
+From the moment we arrived at Raffles Bali, we knew we were experiencing something truly extraordinary. This isn’t just a luxury resort; it is a flawless sanctuary that sets a completely new benchmark for hospitality. The Ultimate Private Oasis If you value absolute privacy and serenity, Raffles Bali is unmatched. The villa itself was a masterpiece of design, spacious, beautifully appointed, and incredibly secluded. Every single detail within the villa and the curated amenities provided felt intentional, high-end, and perfectly tailored to elevate our stay. It truly felt like our own private paradise where the outside world simply melted away. Flawless, Tip-Top Service What transforms Raffles Bali from excellent to world-class, however, is the people. The entire service staff operates at a level of excellence that is rare to find. The Butler Service: Absolute perfection. Our butlers provided legendary, tip-top service. Their attention to detail was astonishing, they seemed to know what we needed before we even realized it ourselves, handling every request with effortless grace and meticulous care. The genuine warmth and sharp attention to detail from every single team member made us

«Wonderful Family Holiday at Raffles Bali!»
+We had a wonderful stay at Raffles Bali as a family of 4. The villas were very comfortable and we could always retreat to rest and relax. The in-villa pool was amazing. The breakfast was top notch, the staff and very kind and friendly, and always encouraging us to try more tasty items on the menu. They are all excellent at taking care of us, and giving us advice on activities throughout the day, even small gifts on the day of our departure. We were very lucky to have been part of a turtle release activity during our stay, that was very special. The restaurant and pool by the seaside is amazing, a great place to relax, go for a swim, and have a delicious meal. Our big thanks to all the staff, always looking out for us and offering us buggy rides to shield us from the sun. The airport drop-off service was also very helpful, as we had a guide help us navigate the check-in, security and immigration procedure and get us to our gate. Really enjoyed our stay at Raffles with our family, we got a chance to really relax together on this vacation. Highly recommend Raffles Bali to everyone!
