«Comfortable. But, next time, I will choose another hotel.»
+The hotel sits by the lake and offers a beautiful view. However, getting anywhere else, like the Old Town, requires a 30-minute walk. While it is very close to the aquarium and the CN Tower, it is at least a 30-minute walk to any other attraction. Another important point: there is no room service at night. So, if you’re tired and want to eat at the hotel, that’s not an option, since the restaurant only serves breakfast, and even then, the selection is limited. You’ll need to head to one of the nearby restaurants, which are decent enough; after all, it’s hard to go wrong with a burger or a pizza.
−The hotel reception staff were polite but not particularly friendly or attentive. I requested a late checkout,I was due to leave at 12:00 PM and asked to stay until 4:00 PM,and offered to pay. However, reception told me I would have to pay for an entire additional night.

Hop in Hop of Bushaltestelle direkt am Hotel

«Great location and very good hotel.»
+Great location and pool was a bonus (great staff there). Would stay there again!
−Had a problem that should have been sorted out at the time, but they latterly compensated us which was both professional and appreciated.

«It was in and out so I didn’t make a big fuss about anything.»
+The location is rather nice.
−The parking was under construction and very limited space so a bit frustrating. When I opened the door to my room the was a nasty musty smell coming from the bathroom . Kind of a sewer smell coming from the drain. Not pleasant at all.

+Location and pool and gym .
−Size of room actually weirdly big and souless. I dont know anyone who would sit in that dining Area dark and at the back . Soo expensive £300 a night ! Breakfast extra ?! good view but small room low quality Ingredients. Chaotic poor waiter was stressed under staffed. Felt like a commuter sales man cafe, wouod expect for that money breakfast included and full Extensive buffet .
