«Three nights in Hell paid for four»
+Nothing
−They had the cheapest plastic and paper cups no real cups or glasses TV was smaller than my work monitor. They charged over 300 at night for a little dump on one dead bedbug on the floor. I was there for 20 minutes and came downstairs and said I’m only going to stay one night not four. I’ve done this in the past more than once and I only do it if I have to or really feel I don’t want to be somewhere because you don’t know till you get there sometimes and they would not let me go after two nights. I asked again and they would not let me go the last night I paid for. I didn’t even stay there. I’ve never had a worst experience and I have stayed in 100 hotels never go there. Don’t let them fool you it’s not in new Westminster. It’s in Queensboro in the middle of nowhere, it’s terrible. There’s no bathroom counter. They’ve got a sink that’s almost 3 feet wide, but no counter can’t tell you how horrible it was and the fact that I was very polite about not wanting to be there and forcing me to stay there even though there’s a vacancy if it’s a long weekend and they could easily get someone if they are stupid enough to book their never ever ever again I may not even use Booking.com after t

«A very poor quality motel in a strip mall at a very expensive price.»
+Tiny rooms, no air conditioning so room was hot all night. no elevators to you had to walk up stairs. Very pricey at $173 with the poorest quality room that I have every had, The mattress was larger than the box springs. The bar of soap was the size of a quarter. The Tv required a 6 step process to turn on. The furniture was cheaply made and well worn.

«I mean it’s in the hood . The staff at the front desk was a little off . When I checked in the staff member wasn’t that»
+The anything snacks placed out for the guest and the prime coffee machine had a place to sit and smoke the $5 dollar gym pass
−Had no good channels to watch on tv . Was bare minimum. Could hear every working girl and her johns doing the dirty . And can hear every last sound in the hallways from other rooms

«Awesome»
+I loved everything about the hotel except for the fact that it was hard to find, as we drove in at night and signage wasn’t great. The rooms were also a touch small. Staff was amazing, awesome location, breakfast was great and I loved the coffee machine. I will definitely be staying here again at the end of January

«Great customer service»
+I stayed for 4 nights with my child , staff were friendly and polite on arrival and shown us our room . The twin room I initially booked was a little small , once mentioned my room was upgraded for an additional charge which I was happy with . Rooms were bright and clean with laminated flooring throughout , a fridge , microwave and cable tv. There was complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate and snacks on reception daily. I found that the staff went above and beyond and catered to your needs .I would definitely recommend this hotel .
−There was nothing I disliked - I will definitely recommend .
