−A személyzet lehetne kicsit barátságosabb, vendégszeretőbb.

−Alles super

«Nice stay»
+The accommodation is excellent, and the view from the terrace is great. Breakfast is served buffet-style with a wide variety of options, and overall it is very good. The hotel has its own private beach right next to the restaurant, and bar service is also available directly at the sun loungers. There is a private outdoor parking area, although it can get quite crowded, so you may often need to leave your car key with the staff so they can move the vehicle if necessary. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.
−On the downside, after check-out you are no longer allowed to use the beach or the parking area. This is something that many hotels allow, especially in this price range, so it was a bit disappointing. Also, the safe in our room was locked when we arrived, and when we called the staff, they did not have a key available to open it. They told us they would take care of it later, but unfortunately, it never happened. Since we were only staying for two nights, it wasn’t a major issue for us.

+The location is great, and the hotel has its own beach. The view is amazing, the staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. The in-room kitchen is also a great feature, especially if you are travelling with a baby.
−The main downside for us was that we couldn’t reach our floor by elevator and had to climb several stairs. This was quite inconvenient for us because we were travelling with a stroller. We also had problems with hot water in the late afternoon, when most guests returned from the beach. There was almost no hot water at that time, and the water pressure was inconsistent.

+It is near the beach. The beach is amazing. The room is clean and tidy.
−The phone did not work. The laundry did not function. The TV remote control was not functioning. I bought a sea view room however it does not really have a sea view.

«Ücret ve hizmet dengeli değil. Tavsiye etmiyorum.»
