«The hotel is poorly equipped and very frustarting that staff barely understand English»
+Staff were really willing to support but only 1 or barely 2 undersatnd English. The saviour for me was Zeca the Bar man. He went and goes over and above to ensure guests are comfortable. Very frustarting that even the receptionist who is supposed to check you in barely understood a word in English. She called Zeca from his assingment position (bar area) to hyelp me settle in and even make payments.
−The price ratio. The premise qualifies for half it's cost or slighly below. The rooms are so tight, not exceptionally clean, I encountred stained towels and beddings. The bed is very hard and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Zecda made sure I had great meals when I ordered for them.

+Amazing experience in Ponta view hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. Great hospitality more especially to Teressa the Manager.
−Nothing, all was good.

«It was disappointing unfortunately»
+Accessible location for small vehicles and large pool
−Music around the pool is very loud during the day, may disturb guests if they want to rest during the day The sheets had stains in them and should be changed The room is very small for the price, so the value for money is definetly not there for the general area, it is at least 50% above the reasonable price (especially with no breakfast included) With no special perks, only complimentary water and, sodas or other snack in the room The bathroom has a leak in the shower which makes the water go into the room as there is no level difference between the spaces Staff can improve on hospitality

«was okay but I wouldn't book it again»
+I enjoyed the pool and the staff was friendly and really made our check in seamless
−The location was too remote and we couldn't walk to the beach, the property promised free bikes which were not available, there was a lot of noise on the first night that we couldn't sleep, hated the bathroom, the bathtub/shower was gross and the room was just underwhelming
