«A comfortable stay»
+The front desk is very helpful. The hotel is very conveniently located. The suites are of a good size and comfortable. The Indian food from the restaurant is nice.
−The lift was problematic. The housekeeping can improve. The cafe has to step up its service levels especially since they have only one.

When I asked for a reduced room rate, I was told to come later because he could not do anything. - When I went there 4 hours later, there was a different person at the front desk. He refused to agree that the room was smaller. He also said that nobody promised me that there would be a window in the room(!). - When I got angry, he found a different room on the same floor(!) which had working AC, window and was of the original size. When I asked why it was not done earlier, he refused to give me a clear answer. - People were smoking in neighboring rooms and making loud noise all night long. My room had smell of smoke. - One of the rooms I was moved to had only 1 spoon for 2 coffee cups. The spoon was dirty. I asked them to replace t
