«Worst of the worst»
+STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST BOOKING THIS PLACE!! This was the most terrible and stressful travel experience of my lifetime and almost ruined my entire holiday. It cost me 1000 euro overall to book alternative accomodation after this place screwed me over at the last possible minute. This place contacted me on WhatsApp (not booking.com where they should have contacted me) the day I was flying out to London to tell me that my booking was cancelled due to an overbooking issue from the previous hotel owners apparently, and that they weren't going to accommodate me or set me up anywhere else even though this was an issue entirely of their making. I was going to see Stray Kids perform at Spurs stadium and had booked this place as soon as they announced the dates ie.before the concert tickets had even gone on sale, nearly a year before I had to be in this place and they contacted me the day I was flying out about this and only outside of booking.com. Given I had booked so far in advance I couldn't understand how my booking could be cancelled..Probably because they could hike the prices once they realised what was happening in the area that weekend and took a booking with a more jacked up pric

−De communicatie was een HELL! Het was erg klein en een automatische lamp in de gang zorgde ervoor dat ik geen nachtrust had. Bij elke beweging ging de lamp midden in de nacht aan. Echt vreselijk.

«Do not stay here. Falsley advertises parking. Staff are rouse and swear at you. Codes for rooms are not sent to you on t»
+We stayed with the edgmontol hotel on 12th July for a sisters weekend. We booked 2 rooms as we had tickets to an all day festival. Reason we booked here was it was the closets place to where we needed access to that had car parking space. We arrived on site at midday as we had agreed early check in with the hotel, and paid and extra £60 for this. However we had not been sent access codes as per the booking confirmation so we spent an hour trying to get hold of someone to get access codes. Reason we When we spoke to someone, we were advised that the extra money was only to access one room. Which was fine. As we only wanted to drop off our car and bags. We arrived and there were 3 cars already parked on the drive so we used the only car parking space available. We went off to enjoy our day to return after 1am. We enjoyed pizza with our sisters in another room then went to check in to the second room, which we had been texted the code for, at 2:00am. When we entered the room, we were approached by a couple yielding various objects screaming “get out of our room”. We soon realised we weee in someone else’s room despite being given the correct room number and codes. Once we reassured th
