«Spacious room, but poor maintenance, a noisy AC, and unhelpful staff made for a disappointing stay.»
+The room was spacious.
−The parking is not owned by the hotel. At check-in they ask you to fill out a form for your car, but then say they take no responsibility, so what is the form for? Our car was towed, the staff had no idea and didn't help at all; they just told us to call a number. The room was mostly wood, and the wood was starting to rot. The whole room was damp. The shower head was moldy and smelled bad, and clearly hadn't been replaced. Worst of all, the air conditioner was extremely loud, making it impossible to sleep with it on. When we told the staff, they said all the units are like that and nothing could be done, so we had to turn it off and sleep in the Hawaii heat. Overall, the staff was not helpful with any of our issues.

«Great value, would stay again.»
+Great location, great views, helpful staff. Apartment was a generous size and the balcony was a lovely addition.
−The pool was quite outdated and didn’t match property pictures.

«Gerne wieder!»

«Perfect and convenient location with stunning views.»
+Beautiful views from our veranda, close to food and shops! The iced lemon water in the foyer was delicious after a day out and about.
−Just a bit old and the pool is a little small especially when there’s more than one family in the pool. But still relaxing.
