Super Essen

+Food was great.
−Location was remote. Not a lot to do at the facility. Hardly anyone there.

«Service was sub-par for the luxury resort.»
+Location was nice.
−Complimentary coffee in the lobby was available from 8-830am only. Flys were in the room and the bathtub was out dated for what would be a luxury resort. Rec room with bar area was open until 9pm but there was no bar service and told not allowed to bring or use our own alcohol. Meal promotion stated was valid for stays until October 31st , however when I arrived this was not honoured as I was told the rate at which I booked at the time did not qualify, although nothing was mentioned about rates at the time of booking in relation to the meal promotion.

«Nice Property, Poor Execution»
+- Comfortable bed - Nice property, though somewhat far from everything
−- Noisy room: Breakfast area music was audible in the room through the air duct, air conditioning is far from luxurious - Approximately a dozen of living and dead flies found in the room upon arrival. It was mentioned but we didn’t expect that much. - Food overpriced for the quality offered

«Dalle recensioni pensavo peggio...»
