«Overall, a disappointing 7-night stay despite the excellent housekeeping and a few genuinely helpful staff members.»
+The room was clean, and the housekeeping staff deserve 10/10 for maintaining it so well. They did an excellent job, and I genuinely appreciate their hard work. On our fourth day, we called reception to request fresh towels. The lady working at reception that day was extremely lovely and helpful. She personally brought the towels to our room, which was a very thoughtful gesture. I really appreciated her kindness and willingness to help. The other gentleman at the front desk was also very friendly and welcoming towards the guests he served. It’s worth appreciating staff members who genuinely make an effort to provide good customer service.
−We booked this accommodation for 7 nights, but unfortunately, our experience got off to a very disappointing start. The biggest issue was the customer service at the front desk. The lady who served us, Evelyn, was extremely rude and had a very unpleasant attitude. I honestly question why someone would work in customer service if they cannot treat guests with basic courtesy and respect. What made it even more noticeable was the contrast with the other gentleman at reception, who was very friendly and welcoming towards the guests he served. I had travelled for 6 hours and spent another 4 hours attending my graduation ceremony. After such an exhausting day, the last thing I expected was to be treated so poorly during check-in. It was extremely disappointing and certainly not the welcome we expected. There were also several issues with the room facilities. The stove was not working, the tumble dryer was not working, and there was no Wi-Fi available inside our room. Additionally, the room directly opposite ours had a very unpleasant smell, almost like dried fish. The occupants frequently left their door open, which made the smell noticeable in the surrounding area. Overall, while the ho

«I like the location but dont think I will stay again because of the gloominess of the room.»
+Comfortable bed, slept well
−Lounge, kitchenette and dining area very poorly lit at night, there is no overhead lighting and the reading lamps are dull. It is difficult to find a spot to sit and read, Makes relaxing hard. There are not enough spare power points for charging devices or laptops in the living or bedroom.

«Convient location and comfortable room»
+A comfortable room with all the facilities needed for a short or extended stay. Location is good if you have a car, James Ruse Drive just out the front with access to M4 motorway. A short car trip to Parramatta CBD. No inhouse restaurant when we visited, but there was the space for one, so check before booking if this is important to you.
