+The location is very convenient, with excellent transport links to both the airport and the city centre.
−My main advice would be to make sure you know exactly which room you're booking. Unfortunately, the Luxe Room I stayed in bore very little resemblance to the photos advertised on Booking.com. I completely understand that boutique hotels often have individually designed rooms, but I still believe the key features and amenities should reflect what's advertised. In my case, there was no freestanding bathtub, no comfortable sofa by the large windows , in fact, there were no large windows at all. Housekeeping was also disappointing, with the room being cleaned only once during my three-night stay. To make matters worse, I discovered a spider inside the bathrobe as I was about to put it on. The bathrobe itself was also noticeably worn and could have done with replacing. Overall, while I appreciate the charm and individuality of boutique hotels, I do expect a certain level of consistency between what is advertised and what is provided, particularly when booking a room in the Luxe category. Unfortunately, this stay fell short of those expectations.

«Immer wieder toll hier»
