«Great trip!»
+Fun getaway. The room was great. Casino was fun, food at good times was tasty. We rented a cabana, and spent the day poolside. Floating in the lazy river,, hanging out in the pool, and even had fun on the water slide. I strongly recommend signing up for their rewards card. You save money on dining, cabana rental, gift shop, and future bookings. You’ll also earn points, which in return gets you more discounts, casino money. This was our third trip, and definitely plan on returning again.

«Great resort, pool service lacking»
+We really were looking forward to coming back here, as we’ve been a few times in the past and remembered the lucky slots and great food selections. We especially enjoyed the coffee and pastries at the pink coffee place! This time we decided to stop for the day before our Palm Springs trip, and try out the pool that we kept seeing lots of ads for. The pool was beautiful and clean, and very fun! But this is where the disappointment set in. We spent almost all day out there, enjoying the sun and music and TRYING to enjoy great drinks. The bartender was gone for long stretches, dancing on stage with the DJ instead of attending to guests. I think I caught her name, gisella. It felt very unprofessional, especially for a place that usually offers great service usually . We spent good money expecting a relaxing day, but the vibe was thrown off by the lack of attention and poor-quality drinks. Really hoping this gets addressed because other than the lacking service at the pool it was a great place to be! We could swim, gamble and eat all in one and that aspect was very nice. +We always stop here to gas up, food and playing while passing though. NO MORE...today security chased away away for parking our "rv" which is more like a campervan, not towing. We were only there an hour getting ready to head inside. Still plenty of casinos that like our business.

«Great Stay»
+Easy to get to.Signs are clear and easy to follow. Lots of self parking w/easy casino access.Valet parking available as well. Hotel check in was fast and smooth, my room was ready as soon as I checked in. My room was clean and everything worked. Only thing I DO NOT like are the windows. You can not "stand" and look out window. If you want to look out window you have to climb up and sit on this space stealing useless shelf(?).Roomy shower w/good pressure.Nice size TV with lots of ch choices.Room & hallway was quiet. Slept well.Casino is huge! You can find something to play. Slots don't really pay out alot,but they do keep you playing so you can enjoy yourself for a while.Lots of food choices, not just inside the casino, but right next door. There's an IN&OUT, Panda Express and Taco Bell. (ANYPLACE w/ IN&OUT BURGER right next door is a great place to stay and play!!) Overall I really enjoyed my stay and do plan to stay again in the near future!

«Fun Gals Getaway»
+This was a Thursday - Sunday stay at hotel for a Gals Getaway. Four adult women (all family) in a two queen bed room. This was the first time for all of us to stay at this hotel/casino, but we have stayed at many hotels/casinos in Las Vegas and Phoenix, AZ area. Room: Large room. We do not travel light. We used the bench in the room, closet, and large shelf under window to spread out all our stuff. Room has mini refrigerator and came with four free bottles of water. Bathroom was large with plenty of bathroom counter space and a lighted make-up mirror. Beds were comfortable. If you need more space on night stand, easy to move in-room phone to bottom shelf out of the way. Another in-room phone is on desk area. Casino: Very important to sign up for Player’s Card right away. You can use it for discounts on dining and spa services. We had a great time playing Slots. Very good selection of new and old-school machines. Yes, we won big, playing very low amounts, and had strangers cheering us on! Keep in mind on Saturday night, it was very, very crowded. «" My Wife's Birthday Wishes "»
+" My Wife's Birthday Wishes " For my wife's Birthday, she wanted to go to Morongo Casino and play games and have dinner at the " Good Times Cafe ". We also had a fantastic server Ashley ! Ashley had such a great personality and was so funny as every time she would come to the table for some reason she would do or say something that would make us all laugh. We ordered 4 meals for us and my wife's son and wife. The Four meals we had were, Fish & Chips, Black & Blue Hamburger, Jalapeno Hamburger, Carne Asada Burrito. All the meals were delicious ! and for dessert, they gave my wife a piece of cake and 4 waitresses sang " Happy Birthday to you ". The Good Times Cafe is a great place to enjoy your Birthday.

+I don't know who's writing reviews saying that kids are not allowed here. I don't know if that was something temporary around the time that covid was rampant. Kids do go in the pool area & in the hotel and they can walk on the casino floor just not on the carpet where the machines are, that's it. And of all the casinos they actually have changed a lot of things and they have more of the loosest slots. I've won 13 jackpots this year so far and it's one of the only casinos I know that any level of player can earn up to $100 for the Marketplace Buffet (depending on play) which is two free buffets regardless of card level. I enjoy coming here and it's more relaxed, and the nice thing is the Cabazon Outlets are close by if you want to just go shopping and there's plenty of fast food places, Panda Express, Starbucks and In-N-Out Burger, Taco Bell are all close by for Good Eats at a reasonable price. And when I stay at the hotel, the bed is real comfy & the room is nice and I enjoy my stay. I think someone should give it a chance and they'll be pleasantly surprised!!!

«An Excellent First Visit»
+First visit to the Morongo after driving by and seeing too many commercials on TV. You are never sure with casino resorts but we were pleasantly surprised. We were in transit elsewhere, so we did not have a lot of time but our room was wonderful, well thought out, clean and large. Most everyone was helpful and nice, the brief visit to the casino was kind to our wallet and the dinner we had at their fine dining restaurant, Cielo (though expensive) was excellent. Thanks, Jared, for such good service and interaction. No chance to spend time at the pool or try other dining options. Will definitely come back when in the area.

«Daughter's 18th Birthday Weekend!»
+This was our first stay here and I was pleasantly surprised. From the moment we pulled up to the complimentary valet parking, to the fast and friendly check-in process, we had nothing but a great experience. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was outstanding. (loved the shower) The pool was not too crowded and very family friendly. The lazy river was a bit bland (needs a waterfall or misters and more palm trees) but none the less, very relaxing. The water slide was awesome too! There was a DJ on Saturday which added to the vacation vibe. We had dinner at The Market Place buffet (pricey at $47 per person) and was not disappointed. Everything was good! We won a little money on the slots, went bowling, and shopped at the outlets. An over all great little get away only two hours from our home. Thank you Morongo and staff for making our weekend so enjoyable. We'll be back!!!!

«HORRIBLE TIGHT MACHINES DON"T GAMBLE AT THIS CASINO DON"T»
+I went on Friday with friends and family, I literally spend $3400 on 3 machines betting from very low to high I tried from 1 cent to 5 cents. On one machine i was betting 4 dls bets an all i will get $10 back or so what a joke. Also my friends lost each like $1000 plus hoping to get something back!! Nope. Of all the casinos..... Morongo was my favorite. But after this lost I will never put a foot on this place. I guess I need it to loose all these money to stop gamboling. I know is not the casinos fault because the house neve looses. I was my dumb ass trying to get something back. But this was an eye opening for me not to come here or other casinos this really made me realize to quit gamboling. All my friends and family came out really disappointed on how ridicules and thigh they fix the machines. People DONT GAMBLE AT THIS CASINO is not worth it. I thought San Manuel was horrible at taking your money but this one takes the cake. I heard few people that night that they won big jack pots lately at San Manuel.
