+Beautiful setting. Incrediable views from lakeside chalet. Lovely rooms. Homemade rusks. Bodem coffee. Rooms very well decorated and modern large bathroom. Halwaycstop for visiting Kruger Park
−Bathroom is huge so would like a night light in it. Turning on the main bathroom light wakes others in the room. We bring our own emergency light so that we can see at night

«Schönes Zimmer, miserablerer Service»
+Moderne komfortable Zimmer, schöne Aussicht. Autobahn ist nur wenig zu hören.
−Im Zimmer 1A, welches näher am Restaurant liegt, hört man den Lüftungsventilator der Küche. Der Service und die Schulung der Mitarbeiter müsste dringend verbessert werden. Man merkt dass das ein Restaurant mit angeschlossen Hotel ist und nicht wie sonst üblich ein Hotel im Restaurant. Der Check-in erfolgte im Restaurant, wobei zunächst behauptet wurde, das Zimmer sei noch nicht bezahlt. Erst durch Nachweise aus Booking wurde dann festgestellt, dass schon alles bezahlt war. Als nächtens wurde ohne ersichtlichen Grund mein Führerschein kopiert und weiter eine Kaution von ZAR100 in Bar eingefordert (wofür?). Insgesamt ein eher unerfreulicher Check-in. Dann im Zimmer stellen wir fest, dass es ein Kingsize Bett hat und nicht 2 Einzelbetten, so wie gebucht. Als wir das reklamiert haben wurde uns sinngemäß gesagt „Pech gehabt“ aber trotzdem noch eine 2. Zudecke bekommen. Erst bei weiteren Diskussionen mit dem absolut lustlosen Housekeeping wurde dann doch noch 2 Leintücher geliefert. So eine miese Kundenorientierung habe ich in 5 Wochen Afrikarundreise nocht nicht erlebt

+Milly's is my favourite stop-over halfway to Gauteng, and I have been able to do my online meetings on a Friday morning from one of the restaurants/coffee shops twice, and it went perfectly well.
−Everything is perfect at Milly's. Pricing is not too bad, and I think it's in line with the type of accommodation and facilities, etc. Service is excellent.

+The location was great. The break in our drive was so welcome and the facilities and staff were so friendly. We had a nice relaxing meal in the restaurant with a nice view. It was safe and helped make our drive the next day not so tiring.
−We are able to carry our luggage a flight of stairs, but would prefer not to do so. Be aware of some units enter with a flight of stairs to the accommodation. If staying for just a night, might want to bring just what you need. There is security so no worries.
