«Could have been better»
+Location good
−Bit noisy children making nuisance outside far end of hotel. Also woken up at 10am to clean room clearly says check out by 12 am. Second time this has happened.

«There’s most definitely better value for money.»
+The hotel was accessible and the bar restaurant was open.
−Cleanliness, terrible bad odour in the hallway and bedroom. The room was dated, dark and grotty. It definitely did not represent value for money. The £10.00 charge for parking was unacceptable when parking was limited and no available parking for mother and child. Parking spaces were terribly narrow and not fit for purpose.

+A lovely room and stay with modern furnishings, comfortable bed and free parking. Staff were very friendly.
−Dim lighting in the room was a disappointment. Lovely for mood but not practicality. Hard to see at night and difficult getting ready with it being so dark.

«Lovely staff and a spacious, comfortable bed, but disappointing cleanliness, poor room maintenance a»
+The room was spacious, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, with lovely soft pillows. The staff were also lovely, friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the positives were overshadowed by several issues with the room itself.
−Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance of the room were extremely disappointing. As soon as I entered the bathroom, I noticed hairs left in the white sink. There was also visible mould-like staining around the bathroom tile joints and ceiling area, which raised concerns about the standard of cleaning and upkeep. I've included photographs to illustrate these issues. The air conditioning was another significant problem. The unit had been left open, the filters appeared very dirty, and the control panel was displaying error messages. I therefore couldn't use the air conditioning and had to leave the window open instead. The lighting also didn't operate properly, with some switches not controlling the lights as expected. Had I not been so tired after arriving, I would probably have requested a change of room. However, after the journey and the long walk from reception to my room, I simply didn't have the energy to go back and raise the issue. The distance was particularly challenging for me due to a bone condition affecting my hips. I appreciate that the hotel was unaware of this, but it would have been helpful if accessibility requirements had been discussed during check-in or
