−EVERYTHING. THERE WAS MOLD!!!! It was so so dirty, the owner doesnt answer, I got sick and booking.com won't refund me or deal with it. The bed made my bad sore (its so bad). There is no ventilation. The supposed kitchen is a mini fridge, small sink and microwave. Honestly don't give this place your money. It's more expensive than nicer places in Dublin or around and it's a shithole. The owner also doesn't take any accountability. Go somewhere else, truly.

−The apartment was disgusting. It is a scam because it is presented as an entire apartment available just to us with private kitchen included but the kitchen is actually shared. As soon as we arrived it was obvious that it hadn’t been cleaned before our arrival as there were body hair on the bed, hair on the floor, dead insects and objects left by previous occupants. The toilet had water running continuously, but it wouldn’t flush, so it was literally impossible to use it. We immediately called the owner who said they would call maintenance but nobody ever came to fix the problem. We called again multiple times since maintenance never arrived and the owner never replied again. At one point the water in the whole apartment stopped coming out at all and we couldn’t even wash our teeth or have a shower. Moreover the wifi doesn’t work and the owner is never available nor respectful, they didn’t even change our towels, we had to keep the same ones for 5 days.

+nothing, as we didnt stay
−On arrival, we could not find the key, the place was filthy, i.e. carpet on stairs, the smell was horendous. hence we had to drive back home 3.5 hours as we could not find any other accomodation at such short notice. A refund is required to me by yourselves immediately.

−y stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and I would not recommend it. On my second day, two young women, around 20 years old, knocked on my door asking if I had the owner's phone number. They explained that no key had been left out for them and they were stranded in Galway for the night. They had tried calling, emailing, and leaving messages for the owner but received no response. I found this completely unacceptable and a disgrace. The room itself was in very poor condition. There was mould around the window and lamp, the shower base was cracked, and the overall standard of cleanliness and maintenance was far below what I expected. Security was also a major concern. The main entrance door to the building was broken, and on first night, a group of people wondering in the place There appeared to be no security or way to prevent unauthorised access, which made me feel very unsafe. Overall, this was a very poor experience due to the lack of communication from the owner, the condition of the accommodation, and the serious safety concerns. I would not stay here again.

+Location really and a bed for the night mainly and the bed was comfy
−Would have needed a fan as it was the top floor and very hot and the small window was very dirty and looking outside was very bad and nosey because of birds, the shower floor had a big crack and not repaired correctly , it left me unsure whether to use it or not but had too anyway

+De loopafstand naar het centrum van de stad.
−De kamer was vies en er waren dingen kapot. De TV werkte maar halve tijd door uitgevallen WIFI. Om 05:00 uur worden de glasbakken van de vele pubs geleegd. Lekker als je net slaapt door de gehorigheid van de kamers. De kamer was vies. Overal stof. De douchebak was kapot waardoor douchen niet echt fijn was. Inchecken mocht ik zelf doen. Er was niemand. Als je dan de beschrijving op Booking.com leest klopt het wel, maar dit is niet wat je wil.

−Le prix excessif pour une qualité médiocre! 115 euros la nuit, chambre très petite, lit 2 places très petit peu confortable contre un mur. Douche en piteux état ( plancher de douche fissuré), bruit, chaleur (alors que moins de 20 degré dehors...). Trop de lumière. Bref à fuir.
