«Amazing service!»
+The service at the Mandarin Oriental in Boston is amazing! Paul S., the concierge, went quite above and beyond to help me make my client's stay most comfortable. He was professional, understanding, efficient, and friendly. I am very grateful! Katie C. in reservations was also very helpful as we navigated last-minute changes. She was so accommodating. I will always recommend this hotel with great confidence. Thank you! Donna A. Bruno

«Very average.»
+Stayed one night at this property. Have stayed here occasionally over the years. I found this stay didn’t measure up in many ways. Given the price of the room I had hoped a breakfast might come with the rate. It didn’t. Room service breakfast arrived cold and since I had to check out rather early I didn’t bother sending it back but the entire meal was cold. The room, room 717- was fine. Spacious but nothing special. I think the room (s) probably need an updating. The shower drain wasn’t working so a couple of inches of water sat there and didn’t drain well at all. Given the choices in Boston, I probably won’t return to this MO. I chose it this time because it was the only spot available due to World Cup fans all over the city. Also, the cost of parking there is beyond outrageous. I understand that valet parking comes with a cost but at this property it feels like a gouge.

«Exceptional Stay and Outstanding Service»
+We had a wonderful stay at the Mandarin Oriental. The staff were extremely helpful, professional, and always willing to assist. Our room was beautifully prepared for my wife’s birthday, which made the occasion even more special. They also helped make our World Cup match trip a memorable experience. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety of high-quality options. Robot Package delivery and handling were excellent and very efficient. Overall, the service exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend this hotel. We look forward to staying here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

«A hotel that truly is 5 stars... superb from start to finish. Look no further.»
+We were so happy we chose the Mandarin Oriental, Boston for our first trip. My daughter was due to have surgery there in Boston and we could not have chosen a better place to recover. Jason Paluch, a huge thank you to you especially. There aren't many hotels that know the art of customer service quite like you do. The team literally rolled out the red carpet for my 3 year old and myself. At check in, we had a quiet floor and upgraded to what was pretty much the best room on the floor. A corner overlooking the Main Street with a beautiful hallway as you entered and a huge bathroom that would allow my daughter to not get her surgery area wet. They also set up a tent for her with books, teddies, and just thoughtful touches to make her feel welcome. Even sending up our "Buttler" who delivered more books! Wow, lovely staff. We stayed almost 8 nights and part of the visit was essentially being in lockdown whilst the blizzard hit Boston pretty severely; rightfully so all shops were closed that Monday so it was so lucky we had the hotel plaza to roam and explore with a toddler. The hotel made it a joy to be there so many nights, away from our family, and make the most of a very chilly part
