«Good location Hootel»

«Good location hotel with kind and friendly staffs»
+As the Louis Hotel is located around central place in Da Nang, the customer can go to the central approximately 15 minutes by walking (but not very close). The staffs of hotel were very kind and could support anything we asked. The breakfast menu was typical and simple, but it was good and enough. The only negative point was that the window was a little bit small. If the window is large with good view, totally we were satisfied. Finally, as the price is not so competitive, if the hotel can offer any discount price, it can be one of the wonderful hotels.

+House cleaning forgets to clean room. Mold in the shawer. Use toiletries on desplay for use. Uring smell when airconditioner not in use. Toilet vents are leaking. Regular elevator maintanane performed during evening hours. No elevator and getting to the 8th floor is hard for anypersob over 60years old.
