+The hotel has a convenient central location, making it easy to explore Kars on foot. The staff were generally friendly and welcoming.
−The room was extremely small and not particularly clean. There were visible stains on the bedsheet, which was disappointing. The toilet cistern also had a problem: water kept running continuously into the toilet instead of stopping once the tank was full. The biggest issue, however, was the lighting at night. My window faced the main street, and a bright streetlight shone directly into the room. As a result, the room remained extremely bright throughout the night, making it almost impossible to sleep. Overall, the room needs better maintenance, cleaning, and proper light-blocking curtains.

«A rather BRIGHT example of a bad hotel expierience»
+The Location is really good.
−My room number 13 faced the street and a streetlamp directly in front of my window shone brightly into the room. This made it impossible to sleep as it never got dark despite blinds. Furthermore, despite the chilly 4°C outside, there was no heating in October. I froze and had to wear my down puffer jacket constantly. The TV remote was missing and wouldn’t turn on. The mattress was too hard for comfortable sleep. The bathroom also lacked ventilation, so it smelled mouldy after showers. While the price was reasonable, it was probably my least favorite and lowest value for money stay ever. If you’re booking a room other than number 13, you might be okay with this hotel.

«Great for the price, but there are some things to keep in mind»
+The guy at the reception was really kind and the room was cosy and relatively clean. The bed was nice and the mattress looked new. Location was really good, next to a beautiful mosque with a square and great places to get cheap breakfast in the morning. It's a good deal for this price (I booked the cheapest 1 person room. Came with a double bed tho)
−However, the bathroom needs some fixing and a deep clean. The toilet wasn't secured to the ground so it moved pretty easily. The underside of the toilet was gross so if it moved you could see the buildup from under it. They also didn't have any laundry service which would have been really useful in my case. They don't advertise this I think so it's alright, but a little bit more help would have been nice. They said they didn't have clothing hangers or anything at all and they only helped me look for a laundrette when I asked specifically. The laundrette was needed to dry my clothes because for some reason they didn't dry at all in the room. Might be the climate or the room was just very humid, none of my towels ever dried either even when leaving the door and window open. Lastly there was a super bright street lantern right on front of my window and the curtains let most of the light through so it was as bright as day at night. I have a really good eye mask so it wasn't an issue for me, but if I didn't the night would've been pretty rough.

−Проблема с парковкой. Нет кондиционера из за этого окна открыты. Очень Шумно ночью из за этого.отель на главной улице,машины гоняют без перерыва. Ночь прошла в ожидании быстрее уехать.

+Der Service war wirklich super ! Die Mitarbeiter alle freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Bett war sauber.
−Das Bad vor allem, war leider nicht sauber, schimmelig und rostig. Die Toilette war nicht dicht, sehr sehr eng, und die Tür hat geklemmt (bin einmal fast nicht mehr aus dem Bad gekommen).
