«The day was great, but I did not appreciate them adding $22. Especially since we didn’t use any amenities.»
+Love the Hotel, not the policies
−Although we paid in full through Booking.com. They asked for our credit card for incidentals. They added $22 “Amenity Fee”.

«Too noisy, no rest, and unprofessional staff»
+I cannot recommend this hotel if you want to get a restful sleep and want welcoming hospitality. We were in room 336 and, although, the room was large and seemingly clean, it wasn't. The carpet had a variety of stains that made it look unclean. The right side of the bed (facing the bed) was squeaky, so it disrupted our rest. The biggest issue we experienced is the lack of room sound insulation. I clearly heard the neighbor's alarm clock ringing at 5AM on our first morning. I missed his alarm the second morning, but at 4:45AM, I felt like I was part of his zoom call. Not good! The final straw was every time someone came in or left their room, the door slammed with a wall-shaking thud. It was shocking every time! Upon check out, I asked to speak to a hotel manager and the front desk clerk said yes, and I asked are you a manager, and she said yes. I'm still not sure if she was a manager, but she said she was. We found her to be unprofessional. When I explained our issues to her, she was completely dismissive. Instead of showing any concern, she had an excuse for every thing we brought up. To be fair, I forgot to mention about the stains in the room and the squeaky bed. However, when I

«Hotel Winters booking»
+Great hotel. Would have given 5 stars but we tried to book a block of rooms and it was cheaper to go through bookings.com and whatever I booked I would have had to pay for if they were not sold out. Other than that the hotel is beautiful and service was great
