«Book this place now!»
+We absolutely loved this hotel! The rooms were clean, spacious, and the location was perfect. Check-in was a breeze, there’s no need to stop at a front desk. They send you a code for both the front entrance and your room, making the entire stay seamless and contact-free if you prefer. Everything was perfect for our Halloween weekend getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

+Location in historic old town Bisbee. Old hotel, but rooms were modernized & comfortable. Manager was very nice & helpful.
−We had trouble using the code sent to get in the front door, but manager happen to come along & help us out which was great. Later I saw on my phone that updated information had been sent that morning with the correct codes, but we had been hiking out of cell service so had not received the info. until later. Might consider sending correct code info a day earlier.

«Bisbee is a fun town to visit!»
+The location was the reason I chose this place to stay. It was very centrally located and there was ample free street parking. The room was quiet and the king size bed was comfortable.
−Since there wasn't any staff on site, I would have appreciated having a welcome note or contact info in case we needed something or for an emergency because we would have contacted them to take care of these issues. This review is my only option for giving them feedback. For our two night stay for two people there were only 3 coffee pods for the coffee maker and they seemed to be old as was the creamer in the fridge. At lease 4 pods would have been nice. The bath had only two bath towels, one wash cloth and no hand towels or bath mat. The wall mounted shower dispenser was out of shower wash gel. There was only a partial roll of toilet paper which ran out before the end of our stay. The microwave tripped the electrical breaker which controlled the fridge and the tv. We were able to find the electrical panel down the hall and fix it but most folks wouldn't have tried. A straight chair was coming unglued and I thought it might fall apart if I sat in it. I don't usually give this kind of review but things just kept adding up and somebody needs to pay attention. It is a nice place to stay.

«Worst experience ever»
+Location
−My husband and I stayed at the San Ramon for the first time in our favorite location Bisbee Arizona . While the room was clean the overall customer service fell short of exceptions. On October 13 when we got to the hotel they had no idea where to check in and they were not ready for us. No big deal right so we let bygones be bygones the housekeeper got the room ready I contacted the owner for the room code and we went on with our day. we went to dinner and drop leftovers off at our room and went for a couple of drinks when we came back for the evening we couldn't get into are room we where locked out due to the battery dying on the lock we try calling the owner no answer finally had to text her and she showed up she wanted us to just stay in another room until morning with none of belongings which was not acceptable then she said she would have her maintenance man get us in which took three hours for him to break in this was a disaster she didn't even offer a refund we had to ask for it and then she said I will give you a refund in addition we had to stay in one of the other rooms that had twin beds and wasn't even given the code for that door the next day when I checked to see if
