+The staff provided attentive service, and the hotel was conveniently situated near the lake.
−Parking was 12 euros for 12 hours, which was a total rip-off. The furniture was outdated. The lake view was poor because an ugly concrete building in front of the hotel blocked most of it.

«Good breakfast but 2-star hotel at most with awful bathroom, dirty room and noisy location.»
+The breakfast was good, although not quite up to 4-star hotel standards. The coffee was excellent, and we particularly enjoyed the strawberry jam and bread. The food from the hotel's restaurant is also good. The staff were helpful and friendly, as I've generally found in most hotels I've stayed at. No complaints there. I also enjoyed the fact that the car park was reserved. Once we arrived, they assigned a place for us and we didn't have to worry about not finding our spot when we were back. The hotel's communal areas were very clean and well maintained, and it was clear that a lot of effort went into keeping them that way. The cleanliness and upkeep of the facilities outside our room certainly met 4-star standards, but unfortunately, that's where it ended.
−In my opinion, this hotel is no more than a 2-star hotel. It doesn't come close to 3 stars, let alone 4. When staying at a hotel, I expect a good night's sleep, a clean room, a decent shower and a good breakfast. Unfortunately, the breakfast was the only thing that met my expectations. Even then, the breakfast lacked the variety you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. More granola options, freshly made omelettes and pancakes, and better-quality pastries would make a big difference. The croissants and savoury pastries tasted like supermarket ones. The sleep was awful. The beds were fine, but the room was unbearably hot with the windows closed. Opening them meant constant traffic noise, people talking outside and noise and cigarette smoke from the bar below. I barely slept for 3 nights. The bathroom was unacceptable. As shown in the attached photos, the bathtub was missing its protective seal and leaked badly. Extra towels had clearly been left to deal with the water, which is ridiculous for a 4-star hotel. I had to rush my showers, my wife couldn't even wash her hair, and with two children, dealing with water all over the bathroom floor was a nightmare. This room should never have been of
