+I think this hotel operates as a scam; at least partially. Expedia allowed me to book the stay at 9:30pm for the very same night; 10:15pm I was at the property - no one at the reception, impossible to check-in. I was there for ~20min waiting. Some people were loud at the "staff only" door next to the reception. After knocking on them, they came out storming at me what do I want, to stop knocking on them, and that they "don't work there". There was no misunderstanding, we were both fluent in both Czech and English, they were just absolutely rude and kicked me out. I suspect it was the kitchen staff; receptionist was nowhere to be found; place looked sketchy & cheap in general. I ended up leaving and having to look for new accommodation in the very middle of the night. "Thanks" Expedia! *only afterwards, I noticed the small ink check-in instruction on the Expedia booking confirmation email, saying that check-in after 8pm have to be scheduled upfront.

+Went to check in at the property around 1500 and the staff wasn’t even there. Waited 45 minutes for someone to show up but by that point I didn’t want to stay there. Would not recommend.
