«Would not recommend because of the mold smell»
+Location was good and beds were all right but they have a water leak issue and it smelled strongly of mold in the room.
−They should have told us when we booked in about the water problem.

«Arrived later in evening, greeted well at front desk, pleasant stay. We would come again.»
+This room was clean, linens were good quality, a large fridge with a freezer. An appropriately sized small table with two comfortable chairs. The window opening at the top is appreciated for both safety and good airflow.
−We would have appreciated if the bathroom tub faucet regulated the water temperature better. Very small movements to the handle cause large fast changes to the temperature. Another improvement would be if both beds were the same upgrade. One mattress was significantly more comfortable and deeper. The assigned parking in front of room was difficult to access due to large construction vehicles allowed to park parallel behind us, restricting easy traffic flow. One last concern was the appearance of a person who did not appear to be a hotel guest walking the premises and then deciding to sit in the outside chair at our doorway, smoking and eating what was found as we unpacked. We felt a bit uncomfortable but there were no issues during our stay.
