−I would like to express my disappointment regarding the RM300.00 charge (after appeal) imposed on me for a cracked or damaged glass table in my hotel room, despite the fact that the damage was not caused by me. I acknowledge my oversight in not reporting the condition of the table earlier upon check-in. However, this was simply because I did not use the table throughout my stay, just as I did not use certain other facilities provided in the room, such as the iron and other amenities. Nevertheless, I strongly believe that the hotel should have proper inspection procedures in place to ensure that every room is in good condition before being assigned to guests. I was informed by the hotel staff that rooms with damaged or missing facilities would not be provided to guests. Unfortunately, based on my experience, this does not appear to have been the case. In this regard, I sincerely urge the hotel management to review and improve its existing policies, room inspection procedures, and methods of determining responsibility for damages, to ensure that guests are not unfairly held accountable for damage they may not have caused. +- very comfortable bed - beautiful view and central location - free parking space - mini fridge and water/tea/coffee everyday - slippers & vanity kits
−- WiFi didn't work (at all!) for 2 out for 3 of our days. Very very frustrating. - Told there's no place for me to use my laptop except the dining area and later on I found the business rooms myself! No/poor communal areas. - no plugs near the bed - not the most clean - switches need fixing

+Bilik ok dapat level 11..bilik conner lot jadi dapat tengok view sungai dan waterfront..location pun dekat dengan waterfront & Jambatan Darul Hana dengan hanya jalan kaki sahaja..sarapan selama 3hari semua ok..menu pun ok

+Overall, the room was comfortable and well-maintained. I really appreciated the cleanliness and the pleasant smell of the room. The breakfast was great, and the hotel's strategic location made it very convenient for us to travel to our work locations. Another advantage is that we could enjoy a brisk walk to the nearby mall, waterfront, and shops. It was also easy to find places to have dinner outside, especially since the hotel is close to one of my favourite restaurants, Ceylonese. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would consider staying here again in the future.
−What frustrated me the most was the lack of power outlets in the room. The available power plugs were too far from the bed, making it inconvenient to charge my devices while resting. In addition, the Wi-Fi connection was not very fast and kept disconnecting intermittently. I hope the management will consider adding more conveniently located power outlets and improving the Wi-Fi connection to provide a more comfortable and convenient experience for future guests.

«I would warmly recommend for couple of nights holiday, clean and centrally licated»
+Very well located, just across of the Chinese temple and within the walking distance to the main bazar, restaurants, cafes and the waterfront.
−The staff during breakfast isn’t very helpful and organized which matters especially when you are in a hurry to airport.
